Jeremy and his team (Jordan, Taylor, forgot the last teammember's name) come to replace my furnace+a/c. Courteous and professional, they wasted no time removing the old units. They did not require supervision and did a great job. They made it look easy but when a job looks easy either it was well executed or done poorly. In this case, job well done. Thanks guys.

We had Jeremy and his wonderful team at our home to install a new furnace and AC unit. All of his team members introduced themselves and were very professional. They were hard-working, efficient and kept my home tidy. They consulted with me often and made some great suggestions. Can't thank them enough for doing such a great job! With this morning's cold weather, the furnace kicked in, was far less noisy than the older model and kept the house at a steady comfortable temperature all day.

This past Sunday, our furnace stopped working. Because it's not really cold out yet, we knew we could wait til Monday to try and resolve the problem. I looked online for a good reliable company and yours was right there! I checked out the reviews and the other information posted and was very impressed with what I read. We called and received a call right back in five minutes or so to set up the appointment for the following day. The serviceman, Jeremy Lachaine, arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. In 45 minutes the problem was solved with a new circulating fan motor installed and we had wonderful heat in the house again! This company is awesome and the service is fantastic! It's rare today to find a company that really does care about its customers, even the ones trying them out for the first time. Now we are signing up for a great and affordable maintenance plan, no need to look anywhere else.Thanks again, Reliable! Your name really does say it all!

I had another well-known A/C company come out to work on my Carrier unit and let's just say that their service matched their work. Looking for another company, a friend recommended Reliable so I gave them a call. Best thing I could have done. Not only did Reliable discover what the other company couldn't, they repaired it with quality and professional work. Was so happy with the entire experience. Do yourself a favor and call Reliable if you have an issue with A/C, or heating.

My furnace and AC was nearing the end of its five year warranty so I decided to get them both inspected. Checked out some websites and found Reliable Home Environment. I filled out an online form during the evening and was quite surprised that they phoned me back the next morning to schedule a visit. I was given an actual time and not a "time frame". The day of, the technician showed up a few minutes before, another pleasant surprise especially since the previous HVAC company I dealt with never showed up on time. The technician got straight to work and was out the door within the hour. Will be contacting them again in the future.

I write to praise Reliable Home Environment. Everyone on the team was totally professional, knowledgeable, polite, and hard working. It's obvious that everyone takes great pride in the quality of their work. I had a complete new system installed replacing my 22-year-old Lennox Quite Comfort unit. This time I got AC, humidity control, and an easy replaceable air filter system, as well as a new hot water heater to replace my 15 year old one. The installation was nothing less than a piece of artwork. Everything neat, level, straight.... perfect!!! I'm loving the new quite operation and the hi tech thermostat ( icomfort ). It's a mini ipad for heat. Love it! Thanks Greg, Jeremy and all the rest of the fine gentlemen that helped make our home extremely comfortable for year to come.

Greg: Your faith in your team is well founded. Jeremy and his team were great to deal with and the whole installation was so well thought out and executed. Our furnace room is small as you know and full of overhead electrical, plumbing, HVAC and water pipes. Your team worked around this congestion and created an installation masterpiece. I've been going down there all evening just to admire it. Thanks for making this all happen so smoothly. Simply outstandingly installation. Jeremy and Jordan were thorough and attentive to comments and details. The installation looks like a showcase, not just new equipment patched into an old configuration as is too often the case.

I purchased a water heater through the Costco Installation program and had no previous experience with Reliable Home Environment. Having been a home owner for 14-years, I have dealt with many contractors for a variety of services. Quite easily, I would put the crew from Reliable (John, Taylor, and Paul) at the top of the list. They were professional, friendly, and sincerely cared about my family's well-being. In fact, they spent a good portion of their time re-doing work on my humidifier and furnace - despite the fact that they were only there to install my hot water tank! Great experience. Great guys... went above and beyond. THANK YOU!
