    Copper pipe leaking

    I am very happy of Cody`s work. I called him Friday morning and he was able to come on Monday morning to accommodate my schedule. He showed up right on time! We had a copper pipe leaking in the basement. He rapidly fixed the leak. He also spend an extra 30 minutes answering my questions or concerns around the house. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call him again in the future.

    Repace hose bib

    I called Cody on Tuesday mid-day and he was able to come out first thing Wednesday morning to replace a hose bib. Cody was right on time, he assessed the problem and made the repairs in a timely manner and charged me a reasonable rate without any surprises. Highly recommended.

    Water heater and humidifier

    I found out my hot water tank and humidifier were no good, the next day cody had it done. Cody was very professional and left no damage to the property. The quality of work was exceptional and up to date with the newest building codes and highest quality materials. If you want peace of mind and awesome prices call cjl and get it done once and get it done right!! Thanks again cody i owe you one!!!

    Sump Pump replacement

    My sump had stopped working and I called Cody who was referred by another plumber who could not do the work. He was able to get me in quickly, was on time and cleaned up the mess after. I will call him again for any future plumbing repairs.

    Replaced water heater

    Called CJL Plumbing to replace a broken water heater. Cody answered the phone, promised to come within one to one and a half hours , which he did. Prompt, very particular about being clean, covered the floors, brought cloths for clean- up...finished the job in three hours, including picking up a new heater, removal, installation and checking all pipes and vents. Many had screws missing or were poorly installed. Checked on the warranty, which reduced his quote by almost two thirds. I highly recommend this polite, personable young man . From my initial phone call to completion was approx. five hours. Phoned two other highly rated plumbers, and was given a time of three weeks or four days. For prompt, knowledgable, clean service, call Cody.

    Furnace and Hot Water issues

    I found Cody professional, pleasant and capable. He was the only contractor out of 8 that I called that answered his phone right away. Better yet, he was willing to drive across the city to have a look at both my furnace and hot water issue right away (basement shower had no hot water). He charged a very fair rate and explained exactly what the problem and solution was. I have no hesitation recommending him to other home owners.

    bathroom renovations

    We had a problem with bathroom drainage after my husband tried to do some bathroom updates himself. I called Cody and he came over that day. Everything was fixed before I knew it and i had my bathroom back! He was very proffessional, and polite. I have recommended him to another friend and he did not dissapoint.

    Furnace Down

    My furnace went down, it was 1030 at night. I called Cody and told him my problem. He showed up at my place and fixed my furnace right away. He was clean and very professional. I highly Recommend him.

    Plumbing project in basement

    Repaired main water line under concrete floor. Cody was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, courteous, friendly, and respectful of homeowner property. It was a pleasure to have Cody deal with this problem and I would highly recommend him to others.

    Plumbing

    Our water heater was leaking all over the basement when we were on holidays. Our neighbour called us to let us know this when were about 8 hours from home returning from the west coast. By the time we got home the water heater had been replaced, the mess cleaned and everything looked like nothing had happened. We ended up getting some other work done shortly after; replacing a shower head, bath and kitchen taps. This is my go to company for any plumbing or heating issues. The job is always top notch with fair prices and trustworthy, respectful staff.
