    Electrician clean up

    I had Davin out to do some tidying up electrical work while having to contend with a very difficult tenant. He was very professional and courteous, as was Stacy. I was impressed with the work completed and how they handled themselves. Well done!

    Family room wiring

    My husband and I decided to add pot lights to our family room and hall, as well as add in an extra socket. We thought the hall was going to be very difficult to wire in and gave a 3 way switch but Shane had a great solution. He also resolved some other circuit issues from previous wiring saving us time and money in the future. This is the 3rd time we have used 24-7 Electric, every time they are on time, professional, and have completed the work the same day. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family needing electrical work done.

    We had decided to replace the original track lighting in the kitchen with pot lights.

    We are more than satisfied with the job. Our concerns regarding the renovation were addressed before the work was begun. Shane was very knowledgable and asked all the right questions to ensure we were getting exactly the effect we were looking for. The old tracklights were removed and the agreed upon potlights were installed in a timely manner. The cleanup was much appreciated too. Through no fault of the installer we had one small glitch with one of the switches, but after one quick call they returned and replaced the switch. While on that follow up call I mentioned I had concerns about lighting at the house during our upcoming vacation. Voila! A remote system was installed on that very trip. Thanks Shane!!

    Panel replacement plus

    Needed to replace original panel, about 50 years old, general inspection of existing original wiring, and advice on future upgrades to basement lights and a security camera. Davin was patient, punctual, neat, we feel it was money well spent, and we look forward to working with him on further upgrades.

    Job well done

    Dale did 3 projects for me. He was very efficient and explained all the things he was doing. I liked that he was very patient and persistent in solving problems. I would definitely use 247 again.

    Efficient, honest and high quality service!

    We recently bought a house that had been badly renovated. It had aluminum wiring from the 70's, despite the extensive reno's, for which we needed remediation. The past owner who renovated it cut a lot of corners - some outlets didn't work, some would only work intermittently and some were wrongly wired all together. The electrician from 24/7 electric was extremely thorough, taking extra time to investigate and fix every issue that we had (and we had a lot). Since he wasn't being paid by the hour, instead was paid based on number of devices, the extra time spent by them to ensure all issues were addressed was commendable. He was also friendly, very knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions that we had. In addition to the alu wire remediation, we also had them re-wire the garage and upgrade our fuse box. One more thing to note is that before we got the work done, we received a quote from another company that seemed like it might be cheaper after all of the devices were identified, so the electrician from 24/7 offered to price match once done the work if the other company's billing method was cheaper. Turns out that 24/7 billing method was less expensive. It was certainly nice having the freedom to price match as it's reassuring that we were getting a good price. I highly recommend 24/7 electric after this great experience.

    Residential electrical repairs

    Excellent service! Shane knows his stuff. He was very careful in the house (moving the ladder around and up and down the stairs), and cleaned up after he was finished. He pointed out that our smoke detectors had expired -- this isn't something I had noticed or thought to look into when purchasing the house. His attention to detail is very much appreciated, as preventative safety isn't something you can put a price tag on. New light switches, new smoke/C02 detectors and plugs are all working properly again! 24/7 is definitely in my contact list for future electrical issues. Would highly recommend.

    Garburator electrical

    Something that I really like is customer service, knowledge and presentation (who doesn't?). I like that they were able to fit us in, in a short time. The electrician was puntual, impeccable and very knowledgeable. He walked me through what needed to be done and found some problems with our electrical that we didn't know were there. One was urgent and the other ine was the electrical wiring to install out garburator. He also point out the old school wiring that needs to be changed (aluminum with copper) and suggested an update to our electrical panel without pressuring us to do it but giving us good advice so that we won't be easily fooled by other companies when quoting. For this two last ones he gave us quotes through their app that were sent immediately to my email. He also answered all my preschooler's question about what he was doing with enthusiasm.

    Panel replacement

    Asked for an electrical inspection on my home and it was suggested that I have the panel replaced. Many other small things got fixed and no plug went un-touched. Davin was great and I feel confident that my home and family are much safer since his work and review of my entire home's electrical infrastructure. Thanks Davin!

    Fantastic service and customer service

    Had originally requested service for a replacement breaker for my hot tub. Ended up getting new pot lights done and new smoke detectors. Davin was absolutely fantastic. Showed up on time and did great work. His customer service and personality are incredible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 24/7 and Davin to anyone! We will be using them again soon. Thanks again!
