    Fixture install and hot tub electrical

    I was very pleased with 24/7's work and approach. They installed some exterior fixtures. While usually simple these required some extensions that complicated it for me. Fortunately, because they don't squeeze their appointments too closely together, they were also able to complete some additional work around our hot tub without an additional visit. I liked the quick fixed price quotes. They stand behind their work to ensure that the job is completed to satisfaction and by having a five year warranty. Both Gavin and Shane were friendly, communicative and professional. They left me with the confidence that the work was both correct and complete. I will definitely call them again when I need more electrical work.

    Electrical reroute

    We contracted this company to reroute an electrical line behind finished drywall for us. While the electrical work itself seems serviceable everything else associated with the work is a total disaster. The cuts through the drywall to access the electrical line are large and irregular and the accompanying mess is astronomical. We had the work done on Oct 21st and are still trying to clean up 5 days later. Despite what seemed an initial effort to cover the work area, drywall dust is everywhere and the electrician's minimalist effort to clean up only spread the mess farther. On top of that, the electrician placed his tools on top of our brand new dining room table and dented it. Needless to say we are less than impressed and strongly urge consumers to choose another company. Update: The owner of the company contacted us directly to address the issues. We were pleasantly surprised, given our experience with his electrician, about his attention to professionalism and customer service. While our initial experience was suboptimal, we have now resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

    Wiring trouble

    We had power go out in parts of two rooms. The breaker was OK, and I checked the wiring at the outlets myself, but could not find the problem. 7/24 were fully booked, but put me on the standby list and were able to come the next day. We weren't home but gave them keys and authority to enter by themselves. The problem turned out to be more deceptive than we or they thought... The crew and owner were excellent communicators, telling me what they were and were not finding and giving suggestions and asking for permission to proceed. In the end it was more work than anyone imagined, yet they stood by their initial quote... found the problem and fixed it. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you!

    LIGHT SWITCH

    A small seemingly insignificant task, coordinate light switches in kitchen. To 24/7 our job was important, they came quick, friendly, ethical, did more than we asked. give them an 11 out of 10. We highly recommend this company.

    Changed Electrical Panel

    I have just purchased a house build in 1972 still with original electrical panel.(that was completely full) I called 3 contractors total. One did not return my call, One did not show up for the pre arranged quote meeting. But 24/7 were extremely prompt came and checked out the job, sent me a quote in less than 24 hours. Showed up at time arrange for work to begin, was told it would take about 6 hours, so I just left for that time. came back with the job almost complete and when it was little to no mess was left behind. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, promptness.

    Electrial Repairs to Garage

    Davin was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly fix our power to the garage, he also took the time to perform some preventative maintenance while he was working. I would highly recommend both Davin and 24/7 Electric.

    Re-wire finished basement

    We had several major issues with how a previous electrician wired our finished basement and, as a result, we were unable to use our light switches correctly. Before commencing any work, Davin identified our problems and then outlined our options and cost. The solution required some major challenges to prevent damaging our finished basement but Davin was able to do so. This was not an easy task but Davin met the challenge. Davin was personable, helpful, patient and a first rate professional. He has earned my strongest endorsement.

    Electrical issues

    Had 2 light fixtures, 2 outlets, and a bathroom fan that all stopped working at the same time one day and it wasn't the breakers. It took over a week to get an appointment unfortunately but when the day came Davin was early which I appreciated. He was very efficient, clean, friendly, professional, and got the job fixed in a lot less time then I thought it would take. Thank you so much and I'll definately recommend Davin and 24/7 to others.

    Electrical Outlets and Light Switches

    The service was on time, thorough, and informative. In a word: Excellent. Charges were up front, honest. I would definitely call Dale again. They were way better than Great Dane.

    Electric Switch Problem

    I feel that this person came out put his tools on my carpet and called me regarding the problem and basically forced me to an expensive decision, which I did not appreciate. Today, I phoned an electrician off Kijiji and had him come over. He was great! He fixed it for 1/2 your quote and even bought my son a ballon when he learned it was my sons birthday. I was floored. He was kind and courteous which your company wasn’t and I will not hesitate to recommend him.
