I was completely delighted with the service and results I got from 24/7 Electric to fix the power to my garage. I have a 40-year-old house that comes with lots of issues due to its age and the previous owners thinking they were capable of doing a variety of repairs. This company is terrific to deal with, from start to finish. I called to book an appointment with Stacey and she was prompt, efficient and professional. On the day of the appointment, Davin called to say he was done his other call and could come 2 hours early, which I really appreciated. Davin was very pleasant and patient with all of my questions and lack of knowledge about electrical. Right at the beginning of the call, Davin clarified with me what he was there to do, and explained the pricing structure. I was confident that I was going to get the problem taken care of that day and not get any surprises with a huge bill after the work was done, as Davin explained he will let me know every step of the way what the job with involve. Of course, with my house, a 45-minute call turned into 2.5 hours, as Davin had to search many places and problem-solve to identify the source of the problem. Still, the price was VERY reasonable, as the service call itself is a base price and they don't drive the bill up if it takes longer to diagnose the problem. Davin is very knowledgeable, seems to like a challenge and will NOT give up until he finds out why something is not working properly. The way my garage was wired by previous owners defies logic and it took Davin much longer than expected to find the cause, but he refused to give up. Once he found the problem, he fixed that issue as well as a couple of smaller ones, just to provide great service andmake sure it is RIGHT. Davin is excellent to deal with...friendly, pleasant, professional and approachable. He seems to genuinely like helping people out who are either in an emergency, or are fed up with nagging electrical issues that are an inconvenience. At the end of the call Davin was completely prepared with a detailed invoice, accepted my credit card on the spot (no calling in to the office to pay), provided a company magnet to put on my electrical panel, and explained what was done, and that the work was guaranteed. I would absoluely recommend 24/7 for anything electrical you need. They are professional and very capable, and very easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends, and they will be my go-to for anything I need in my mom's house, as they provide honest, quality work, oustanding service, and excellent value. 24/7 would be great for anyting from big renovations to small repairs, and especially for those tricky, hard-to-solve electrical issues that other technicians can't fix - ask for DAVIN!

I had a ceiling fan to replace on an 18 foot ceiling and was having trouble finding someone to do it. I was referred to Shane at 24/7 Electric and within a couple of days he was over to the house for a quote. Within a few days of that he was in to replace the fan and did so quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and super to work with. We're very happy with the work and will certainly use 24/7 Electric again in the future.

Shane was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was easy to talk to, very professional and efficient, and even worked with our very tight schedule! We were so relieved to find him and so pleased with the job that he did. We have already recommended him to so many friends and family and are so happy to have a "go to" person now for any of our electrical needs!

Dale takes pride in his work and is a customer focus individual. He is willing to take the time to explain any questions or concerns you might have as a customer. He is very efficient and knowledgeable in his trade. We would certainly call Dale again for any electrical issues in the future.

Had an electrical emergency. Shane called within 2 minutes and helped immensely over the phone. He was extremely knowledgable and patient. He saved me so much money. Being a recently single mom with no "handy man" around, this was very appreciated. Thanks so much for amazing service :)

Pleasant experience. Transformer pendants removed and new pendants installed. Did not want to tackle job as the transformer wiring was a concern. Was very pleased with the contact from the receptionist to the electrician. Davin was professional, friendly and informative. Called this company after reading reviews on HomeStars. Would use company again.
