    Front window replacement

    We replaced our 60 year old window with a beautiful updated window. It's a 7ft x 5 ft window (approx) and greenfox did a wonderful job removing and installing of the window.

    Condo Board Troubles

    Sales Rep was very patient with my unorganized Condo Board. It worked out fine. Trim colour was perfect. Installation crew was very good, fast & professional.

    Replacement of screen doors

    I chose Greenfox online to purchase 2 screen doors. It took a few months for their availability. The old doors were removed and replaced with new doors in a timely manner. The service technicians worked diligently to complete the job. They were respectful and kind. I would recommend Greenfox to perspective clients.

    New Windows Are Perfection

    We bought new windows and a front door from Greenfox. From sales to installation it was a five star experience. Victor (sales) and Victor and Sergei (installation) were friendly, professional, and diligent. I am very, very obsessive of the way my house looks and my new windows are perfect!

    window and door replacing

    Before making the final decision to use this company,we did some research. we found out this company is our best choice. From putting the order to completion, everything went smoothly,we got updated by the company for every stage going. installation is done last month--November, the job was well done. we are happy with this company.

    Everything was great

    I was worried about a window in the basement that was in a bedroom and not safe. Greenfox replaced it with an inswing that allowed for easy egress. Team did a great job of installation and cleanup. They were also respectful of my home. Great work!

    New Windows for the Great Room

    Replacing windows is a pretty dusty process inside but the installers did a great job putting in the new windows and cleaning up afterwards - both inside and outside. The new Triple Pane Windows look fantastic and we already notice a warmer living/great room. GreenFox was very accommodating for us as we had to change the install date. Great service, good people, we would definitely recommend GreenFox Windows and Doors for anyone looking to change out their old windows.

    Window Replacement

    I had the windows in both bedrooms replaced. The work looks good to a layman. They were professional and courteous. The only minor difficulty I have noticed so far is when I opened the large bedroom window to air out the smell from the caulking (I guess) I had difficulty closing it enough to latch. I have left it closed for now hoping that things will settle into place.

    Replacement of windows for the entire house

    Professional and responsive staff. The entire process from the quote to the actual works was smooth. The work took slightly longer than anticipated but it was worth it because of the high quality of the work done. Even our painter commented that the sealing of the edges was done very well. They were also responsive in addressing minor issues with the mesh screens.

    Window Replacement

    Staff were very good to deal with. As we worked through the process we changed our minds a few times and our Project Manager was responsive. One of our windows had a unique situation for replacing the window. We appreciated that the project manager and different estimators consulted with each other to replace that window perfectly. With scheduling estimating, communication was not as great, so we were scheduled on a a date we specifically had noted we would not be available. Expand the team approach by having everyone have access to notes. The company was not overly competitive and we had to negotiate to bring the cost a bit closer to other quotes. Purchasing windows is an unpleasant negotiating process, but this is not unique to Green Fox but to the industry as a whole. Overall, we were very satisfied with Green Fox. The installers did a great job and we had much less dust than expected. The windows are really nice and we would go to Green Fox again.
