    The technician was fantastic! I have placed calls almost annually with other service providers for the same issue. He knew exactly what the issue was on the phone before he arrived. Very professional and knowledgeable, rectified the blockage and tested thoroughly. I will make Canada Waterproofers my go to for future plumbing issues.

    Unclog drain and sewage pipes: Drain slow or clogged; Sink / basin
    I got a call back on the morning after my inquiry and the job was completed later that day. I was very happy with the service and the quality of work. I chose Canada Waterproofers because they had done a job in my basement several years ago and I was happy with that too.

    Emergency leak

    Val was awesome! He was a great communicator letting me know when he would arrive and took the time to explain what happened to my leaking pipe. He did job professionally and saved the day!

    Honest, tidy, punctual

    Hired for external basement leak waterproofing and some internal plumbing work. Very timely with service from initial call to job completion. Crews were punctual, tidy/clean and worked nonstop. We are very pleased with the service received.

    Sump pump service and waranty

    I had replaced my sump pump two months ago. Had Valentine install it. Yesterday, we were noticing a lot of water hammering noise and vibration. So called him today. He promptly responded to my call. Then he dropped by and identified the issue as a defective check valve. And so did the necessary repairs/replacement per our warranty coverage. I am very satisfied with the service and the quick response time. So will definitely call them for other similar projects.

    Good workmanship

    Valentyn was fantastic. He worked through my preferred timeline and got the work done quickly and professionally. Will be calling again for other repairs if needed. Highly recommend Canada Waterproofers.

    Interior Waterproofing and Sump Pump

    From the very beginning, the experience of working with Canada Waterproofers has been fantastic. Andrii was very clear in his communications and answered all my questions, of which there were *many*, as a first-time homeowner. He was very patient and courteous. He communicated clearly with me during the work itself as well, and finished within the promised timeline. The work itself was really neat. The reason I chose this company is because Andrii was the only one to recommend cementing over my useless basement window to prevent leaks. His attention to detail sealed the deal, and I would recommend this company to others!

    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    Canada Waterproofers answered the call. Had a plumber call to discuss the problem. Arrived on time. It was a very difficult location to work but he replaced it without a problem. Left the area spotlessly clean. I highly recommend them.

    Professional and prompt

    Great experience with Canada Waterproofers ! Val showed up in an emergency flood in my basement. Replaced old and rusty sump pump with new pump and battery back up system. He cleaned up everything after he left. Very professional, would definitely recommend!
