    Great Service

    We’ve had two occasions to use Basco and both have been highly satisfactory. One year ago Simon came out and defogger a window for us. No problems since then. This year we needed the cranking mechanisms replaced on 4 windows. Simon arrived on time, had the necessary repair parts and had the job done in less than 1 hour. Our experience is that Basco arrives on time, does the job properly and efficiently and pricing is very fair.

    Window adjustment

    My condo has 40+ year-old metal sliding bedroom window panes, which were almost impossible to remove from the tracks and clean. Simon from Basco came to check them out and returned to make adjustments to the frame. Now removing and cleaning my windows is a breeze compared to before. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbours with similar problems.

    Window defog

    We had a small job to be done, a single window defog. Simon arrived on time and thoroughly checked the window to ensure that he could fix it. Despite the lateness of day, Simon worked on the window on his first visit and completed the work then and there.

    Replacement window glass

    We originally contacted Basco to defog 3 windows, but on their advice opted for replacement glass. The work was done professionally, on time and for the exact price quoted. They were prompt, quick and completely cleaned the work area. The windows look great! I highly recommend Simon and Basco!

    Patio door hardware/weatherstripping repair

    We met Simon at the home show and kept his card as he was such a genuine, professional and pleasant individual. No job is too small and even so he came twice for our small repairs as parts had to be ordered. He did a fantastic job and provided the service with a smile. We highly recommend him for any window repairs you may have.

    Window pane replacement

    I needed the internal pane of a double glazed window replaced after it cracked. These guys had a fast response, were friendly and easy to deal with as well as reasonably priced.

    Window Defogging and Repair

    From the initial contact to the finished work, Simon was terrific! The work is perfect and we would recommend Simon and Basco to anyone who is looking for this type of work. We originally called him to help with windows that were fogging, and discovered he could obtain window parts when we had been told by other suppliers this was not an option to fix aging windows.

    Window Repair

    Simon was prompt showing up at the scheduled time and provided a very through explanation of the repair that was required and the details on exactly what he was doing. The quality of the repair was excellent fully meeting our needs. We have an older home and with small jobs like this finding a qualified technician to this type of work can be a challenge. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Simon to anyone who needs work done on windows.

    Glass window replacement

    Simon was very pleasant to deal with, the process of replacement my half bath broken window was within two weeks. The price was right and he is easy to deal with. We got him to replace the glass of another window cause we were happy with the first service. I would recommend to friends and families.
