    Heat pump replacement

    Process from start to finish was super easy. Booked with no issues and got the date that I wanted. Received a call an hour before arrival as promised. Was lucky to get the first call of the day so had the rest of the day for me. Work took 2 hours but upon checking at completion, the technician noticed a sound he didn't like and so had to take it all apart and replace a piece with another from his van. Appreciated the attention to detail and his review of how to use the new thermostat. Overall a great experience.

    Hvac service

    Great and efficient work. We had issues with our hvac and it was successfully repaired within an hour.

    air conditioner replacement

    mechanic Alex was very good. but the seller's department was not honest. the cost increased several times during the week. the air conditioner works fine

    Heating/ cooling unit not working

    Unit would not shut off. Ice on unit. Pulled breaker. Part replaced efficiently with good explanation.

    HVAC Maintenance

    Air conditioner would function in recent hot spell. Thermocool to the rescue. Technician quickly found the drain tray full of water and a blocked drain back up that triggered the safety shutoff to prevent a flood. Very satisfied with quick response time, communication, and action that followed. Technician was prompt, worked quickly, and clean up was a priority. Very satisfied with the Thermocool team.

    AC repairs

    Service person continually returned to truck for parts accounting for 1 third of cost. Needs training re: how to organize work efficiently.
