    Heat Pump

    Fan stopped working on our condo heat pump. Called Thermo Cool on advise of condo manager. Problem was the fan motor and this replaced expeditiously to our satisfaction. Jamie called before arrival and was most courteous, friendly and helpful.

    He was respectful of my place. Knew what he was doing. Gave me a few suggestions. Was quick - didn't waste time

    Fall preventative Maint3nance

    The preventative maintenance was performed as far as I can tell appropriate. The service technician was Professional in his work.

    Furnace - heating and Air conditioning unit in Living room

    PTAC Replacement

    I had a PTAC unit in my condo that wasn't the right fit. I contacted Thermo Cool Mechanical and they assured me that they work with all types of PTACs and that they'll be able to find the right fit. I paid ~$200 for the inspection and then after waiting for 3 months (in the middle of the winter while my old one stopped working), they told me that I should replace with exactly the same model because they couldn't figure out what model is the right fit. What's worse is that they were completely rude about it and told me that it's not their problem and that there is no unit that exists that will fit my dimensions. Interesting that the next company that I contacted was able to figure out the unit I needed right away and told me that if I went with the original unit (which was too small), I would have major condensation problems that would significantly impact the performance of the unit.

    Heatpump service

    super friendly service from the time of estimate to closure of the account balance. Response time on the estimate was less than 24 hours. Service was provided same day. Repair person was friendly and clean while working. Thermocool was recommended by others in my condo and i would be happy to recommend them to others.

    TIMELY WORK - Heating airconditioning unit in condo

    My rental condo cooling and heating unit began making unbearable noise. My tenant in rental condo found the noise very disturbing he could not work. I called a 9.20 and the technician was there at 4pm as promised. He replaced 2 components and it cured the problem. I felt that the price was very reasonable. The company is used by our condo corporation and I considered that sufficient recommendation and did not get another quote.

    Customer Service- First class

    Had issue with Thermostat not communicating with heat pump. Took a bit, but figured out there was a safety that had been triggered with a blocked drain. Problem was sorted and cant say enough about the first class customer service displayed by both the on site staff, Mario at the management end, and Melissa in the billing area.
