Hello John, It is surprising to see you have posted a bad review. Based on our conversations it seems there is still a misunderstanding as to what was previously discussed. I would like to address your points: Your old unit was not new. On March 4th 2020 you unit was removed and brought back to our facility for further testing. Shortly after bench test was submitted for your review. It is our obligation to provide all owners with all necessary information, including option(s) to expedite HVAC equipment. All units are custom made from the manufacture direct. From March to the end of May we did not hear back from you. As stated on our work order, Thermo Cool Mechanical is not responsible for HVAC equipment left in our facility over 30 days. We are not a storage facility. Furthermore, due to COVID we were NOT obligated to shutdown, HVAC was mandated an essential service. I am unsure why you are referencing European vendors as it was never suggested your unit was coming from Europe. If at any time your felt you were provided unjust service, you were fully capable of exploring other vendors. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me directly.
