Reply created 27 Feb 2020Hi Suzanna, Your tenant contacted us after hours to respond to a no heat call. All charges were explained to them over the phone. It is company policy for us to also explain that we do not have every part stocked in our service vans, so there is a chance that parts will need to be ordered in. If your tenant did not want to pay our emergency service rate they could have called another company at that point. The tenant approved us to go back with parts on the following normal work day. At this point you contacted our office and cancelled the return visit. The only charges that we made were for the minimum after hour service call fee. The problem here isn't with our business practice it is miscommunication between yourself and your tenant. Thermo Cool Mechanical
