    Incredible Purge and Organization Service for my Home

    I am a busy full time work from home Mom and for the last two years have been putting off the inevitable task of purging, cleaning out and organizing my closets and storage areas. Each of these areas had been piling up for years and became a disorganized mess which was no longer functional for me and my family to use. After coming to terms that I needed more help than my own two hands I did a quick search online and found Simply Home Downsizing. I learned about the services they provide, read the HomeStars reviews and through they would be a great fit. Not only where they a great fit, but I am absolutely blown away by how much got done on ONE day! Mary and her Team of three incredible ladies, Leah, Julie and Celina, were judgement free and came ready and energized to tackle my problem areas. The great purge was incredible and really gave me a chance to review what I actually use and everything else that needed to be donated or tossed. I had some bulky and heavy furniture items that were useless to me and a pain to get rid of, but not an issue for this team! Mary organized a truck and team of muscle that arrived and took those items away, done and done. After everything was purged came the overwhelming part for me – putting it all away thoughtfully and organized. The Team used their expertise and took on ALL the work there as well. They organized each closet and space and I am impressed with their ideas and organizing systems. So nice to have Professional Organizers take the lead and bring a fresh prospective. The whole experience took a day and I still can’t believe how much was done! I am over the moon with the incredible services that were provided and I can’t recommend them enough! If you need help with your home because you have too much stuff, or have run out of ideas on how to organize your things, try out Simply Home Downsizing, you won’t be disappointed. You can tell they love what they do and I never felt like anything was a burden. Thanks again Mary and Team!

    Amazing

    It is a rare pleasure to be able to sing the praises of a company such as this. After my Mom passed away in December, I was faced with dealing with all her possessions and condo. I went through her papers which was no small task given that my Mom threw nothing out. I had to get rid of everything, paint and stage the place. Furthermore, some repairs were necessary. I knew I could do it, but it would take me a long, long time. I went online looking for staging companies and came across Simply Home. They had great reviews and after checking their website, I found they do everything, getting rid of stuff, storing stuff, repair work, painting, cleaning and staging. I sent an email, got an immediate response. I hired them on February 3. They said they would be done by February 17. As it turned out, despite a major set back requiring repair work, Mary and Rosalind pulled it off. They did so expertly, efficiently with good cheer and a can do attitude. They made a difficult job easy. They even found someone to buy the furniture and artwork to resell. I highly recommend Simply Home. Look nowhere else.

    Unpack and organize new apartment

    Pauline was extremely responsive and accommodating. Sandra and Carolyn were proficient, organized , pleasant and so very helpful. They made my moms move a dream

    Professional, efficient and personable service!

    From our initial estimate visit to the final closing of the door, Pauline and her team were professional yet friendly, and completed the job quickly and thoroughly! The team was also careful to check with us regarding any personal items that may have been important or significant. The whole process relieved much of the stress involved in moving our father into a retirement home.

    Packing and moving services

    Simply Home provided tremendous support in clearing out and packing my late mothers apartment. Supportive,professional, caring and resourceful, they took the emotional stress off my shoulders and took care of all the logistics at a difficult time. Highly recommend!!

    Packing and Removing

    Simply Home did a careful and thoughtful packing of items we needed to donate or sell, as well as some item we were keeping. Then they removed some heavy items to our garage from which they then removed both those items and much other material including trash and some items for donation. They were efficient and quick, as well as congenial and helpful.

    Simply Home

    While preparing to sell my home Rosalind from simply home was recommended so I agreed to meet with her. Rosalind called and made an appointment around my schedule, showed up on time and went straight to work providing insights on how she and her team would envision staging my home. All within 5 days, she arranged to have a moving truck arrive at my home to carefully wrap and pick up our personal items and had them sent away to storage. The next day, Rosalind and team arrived at my home and completely transitioned my home. I had 49 viewings from a wide diversified audience over 6 days. Simply home chose pieces that appealed to the masses. I had multiple offers on my home and felt we were able to maximize our purchase price with the staging. Thank you Rosalind and team for your fantastic work!

    Staging

    Great staging completed by simply home. good professionalism and comunication. went above and beyond expectations and got my home a great price according to my agent thanks for all the help

    Best Moving Experience!

    Moving is such an awful experience, but I cannot tell you how Pauline and her team made this experience as wonderful as possible. The whole team showed up ready to work on time, and went straight to work getting our entire space packed up in a day. (We overheard the movers commenting on how great the packing was). Then on move day, they helped unpack, a service I didn't know I needed and now am not sure I can live without! I kid you not, I have never been happier to pay for a service. My only regret was not having them coordinate the move itself, but we already had it organized prior to engaging them for the packing services. Our new place is so organized, I am so happy. Don't hesitate using Simply Home for your moving needs - you will not be disappointed.

    Sorting through emotional clutter…one box at a time

    Pauline Duhart of Simply Home Downsizing is an angel, and her team is amazing! Julie and Leah came to our home to help cull and organize years of accumulation, including my deceased parents possessions. They were respectful, non-judgmental, and repurposed items through charities and women’s shelters. Not only are they consummate professionals, but patient and compassionate as well. I unreservedly recommend Paula and her team to help you organize and simplify your life!
