    Water fillter under the sink

    I had a filter installed under the sink I haven’t tried it yet. It’s little early I think it’s ok The 2 people who came to install were good and they knew how to do their job The only thing i didn’t like was the 4 hour range is too much to wait

    Tankless hot water heater service

    The technician (Mr. Oren) came on time promptly and inspected the tankless water heater unit for the complaint I had registered earlier. Though the issue was not happening when the technician was present he gave me clear instructions on what to do next time when it happens and also gave instructions on whom to contact if I cannot get it resolved next time whenever it happens. From service perspective the company and people are good and I think I would recommend them always.

    Tankless water heater

    They called and i upgraded from my old tankless to a new model. The service men (3) of them came installed it in a professional manner put carpet down to walk on and cleaned everything up. Took all garbage away .the water heater is so quick compared to my old one hot water is at the taps in a 1/3 of the time now would recomend them for any job .

    water heater

    Have the water heater as part of new home... Today I spoke with one customer service rep -- she was very helpful... thank you Abigail. She was able to address my concerns. ty.

    Sell a Water Softener instead a Chemical Remover

    Due to I have a water softener, the company offered me "A Chemical Remover" rather a water softener and explain to me the Chemical Remover will remove the Sodium which are added by my water softener and tell me can pay off any time during pay rental time. After the free trail period, I received rental receipts which are indicated pay for water softener. I was shocked, why would I buy two water softener? So I called them asked return the machine. The Company tell me I can not return it because more than three monthes, I asked pay out, they ask $7000 dollars. Oh my god! A Water Softener is not more than $2000 they ask 3 times price. I really struggle and I don't know what can I do? If anyone can give me any suggestion or able to help me, I really appreciate!

    Poor customer service, without hot water for more than a week

    Renting water heater. Technician came to fix water flow issue, turned off hot water and sent order for parts. Been more than a week and no update. Support says will call back and never call back. I won't recommended them.

    Installation of new rental hot water heater

    I called Sandpiper due to a leak in the existing hot water tank. At 16 years old they were not going to repair but replace the rental unit. A 2 man crew from Simply Green was here before noon the following day. They drained & removed the old tank & installed the new one - they worked quietly, quickly and efficiently. The area was left clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Service

    Technicians called/arrived within scheduled time, provided detailed reminder of what action was to take place and completed the replacement of our water tank within the hour. They were efficient

    Do not honer scheduled maintenance service

    I was customer transfer from Ontario Consumer. Got called from simly green, CR told me he wont do their included service without bill Owner present. I told them it is a rental property, they need to call Tenant to schedule appointment. They refused with excuse of "Confidential" non sense, they even warn me they will void my warranty.
