Koby was very responsive to my request and was great at getting my fridge cold again.

The machine seemed to have seized; it is an LG & the first people I called said they 'don't repair those'. I was a little worried by that response-but your guy showed up, quickly & efficiently assessed the problem, fixed it and took the time to make sure I knew what sort of maintenance should be done to avoid the same problem in the future! He was also very polite and affable. I am extremely happy with the job done & the cost. Thanks very much!

Kitchen stove fixed..It was a miner problem first after the technican phone call to LG manufacturer find out that's this LG stove model number on recall...Thanks to the technican for poiting this issue.
