    Samsung dryer

    Mike was very professional, he knew right away where problem is and was explaining the repair process during his work. He was very polite and I would recommend him to anyone.

    Washing machine repair

    Koby came and replaced our lid switch on our Whirlpool top load washing machine. I have a new born so it was very important for me to get fixed ASAP. One hour later the washer was working again. Excellent service I will defiantly use them again if I need too.

    Dishwasher repair.

    Their Technician Mike came to our house and provided excellent service. He described what the problem was, how much it was going to cost and completed the job. I would highly recommend Repair Care to anyone looking to have their appliances repaired. I also want to say that Mike is an excellent technician and a very personable and knowledgeable individual.

    Oven repair

    Mike diagnosed a problem with my control board. He said there was a chance that it could be reset successfully to avoid the expense of a new board. Well, the reset worked until I baked some fries at high heat and then it shut down again. I ordered a replacement control board and it was installed free. Great service to be try to save me money with the reset and doubly great to install the board at no cost to me

    Repair for washing machine

    Although no work was done, the technician was able to give me an honest quote for future work. It was decided that a new machine was better than servicing the old one. I appreciate his expertise.

    Kitchenaid fridge service

    Koby came in and provided clear explanation about the problem. He is a professional person who knows what is doing. I liked the fact that he cleaned the floor after his work.

    SCUM!!!!!Didn't provide a service for Fridge repair. Got my $100 for the labor, which didn't provide.It's pure scum

    Took my $100. Didn't call, the man name Jason just disappear. I phoned them, ask where's the part from Fridge. Instead of $125 for the part, charged me extra $800. Refuse to refund. The woman name Lilli or Lillie hung up a phone. No my money. Fridge still needs a water valve. I was trying contact a manager. There're no email address or manager's contact phone. Do not use their service. it's SCUM

    Unfair review and 100% incorrect. Client paid $95 for a service call and not $800. We advised the client that the part she needs is very expensive and will take time to arrive as Viking parts coming from the states. Not sure how the $95 we charged for the service call become $800... Not sure how we are responsible to Viking part prices... Anyway I will be happy to refund the $95. Please call the customer service (opens 8am to 9am daily) in order to get the refund.

    Appliance Repair

    Chris took the time to patiently explain what the issue was, how everything worked internally in my washing machine and what had potentially happened to cause the issue. He gave me some options regarding the repair so I could make the decision between replace or repair. He also did a favour by tightening a loose cabinet for me while he was there! Above and beyond - thank you!

    Washer was leaking

    Mike P was great. He took a look at the drain hose and assessed that it was loose. A quick 5 minute fix. He was friendly and very professional. I will certainly be calling again if I need any further appliance repairs.Thanks Mike!
