Koby came and was super knowledgeable. He made sure to explain to me how to avoide the issue in the future. The repair was a bit pricy but I get you get what you pay for. I would definitely keep their contact in case I need them

I called repair care on a friday and they sent a technician out the very same day. He was able to fix it and within 10 minutes i was able to do my dishes again. Would definitely call them if anything else break.

Mykola came to assess the problem with rack in our 18-month-old dishwasher, which had sprouted a rust spot. He took photos, saw that the machine was in excellent condition otherwise, and advocated on our behalf to have the rack replaced. He brought the new one today. He also shared some advice about not closing the door of the machine completely when it is not in use, in order to prevent problems in the event of power surges. This was unrelated to the repair, but I would not have known about that possibility if he hadn't mentioned it. Very courteous, very helpful.

Replaced heating element and cleaned heating duct. Took the time to show us where the broken part was. He was very friendly and professional.
