Started a large load of washing, the machine filled up and then stopped completely. I called two other repair services, and they could not come for four days. Found HRT Appliance Repair and their ratings and called them. They arrived three hours later, and my machine was repaired within fifteen minutes with the new part. From my my description of the problem, they knew what exactly what part to bring. I highly recommend this company for the fast, efficient, friendly service based on my experience yesterday.

I had previously had a service tech under the Sears warranty come out to remedy my dryer problem with no resolve, completely useless and didn't explain anything. My dryer was still making a noise. Today, Mykola (the service tech with Home Stars) explained what he thought it was and recommended a full service to check all of the parts, explained pricing and made sure I was ok with everything before proceeding. He had me look in to the machine with him so he could show me how dryers work and explained to me what he was looking for. He tested everything and then cleaned the insides. He remedied my issue completely. He gave me so much information about the maintenance of appliances. What a professional who really knows what he's talking about and an honest person that does a really thorough job that isn't trying to screw you. This is the epitome of a days honest work. You get what you pay for and Mykola is a professional that provides quality.

Diagnosed a grinding noise by the dryer when running. Turned out to be a plastic piece of lint tray broke off and was causing the noise. He explained al the work and fees up front. He made some general maintence suggestions, hooked up my exhaust better than before and levelled my washer for me.

The Motor on my LG dryer was broken and service man replaced it with new motor

I had a shattered glass stove top that was getting bigger and bigger . Alex called before he came. He was super polite, step by step was explained and all the crazy questions I had were answered fully and clearly ! He cleaned up and double and triple checked every thing before closing up and completing the replacement.
