    Dishwasher

    My dishwasher wasn't draining, Mike removed all the water, used a moving blanket to protect my floor and put it on its side. He found a piece of broken glass that was causing the problem, and also cleared my drain hose just in case! He explained various parts of how a dishwasher works, now I feel like an expert too!

    Fridge Repair

    The tech looked at my fridge and immediately knew what was wrong. His explanation was thorough and helped me understand how my fridge worked. He also had the part with him that was needed to fix the fridge.

    Dryer repair

    Dryer had quit working. Techs looked at everything from power source to wiring and detected issue.

    Alex is an absolute gentleman. Not only professional and honest, but very good at describing the problem and details of repair. I would recommend Alex Shteyman to anybody.

    Miele dishwasher had come loose.

    I was very impressed with how courteous everyone was . . . from the lady I spoke to on the phone, to the knowledgeable technician who came to my home. Same day service was also a pleasant bonus! Cost for repair was also quite reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again in future.

    Washing Machine Repair

    The technician, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and was able to fix the seize in the motor on the spot. I am very comfortable with the quality of work and assurance should I need them again.
