    dishwasher repair

    The staff I dealt with were friendly, personable and efficient. Will call if and when I need any future work done. Dishwasher was too old to bother repairing. Appreciated the honesty.

    Fridge Repair

    My Fridge was hot and not working. I called a few places and Repair Care was the only company that could send someone over on the same day. Their service fee was reasonable between everyone I called. Technician repaired the fridge after replacing a hardware. Every one I dealt with were professional and they went above and beyond what I expected. They also saved me money by repairing my fridge's gasket without purchasing a new one. I am very happy with their service and recommend them to everyone. They are honest people with quality work.

    Repair of Dishwasher

    Its pricey for the dishwasher repair. They fixed it since child lock was on. The service took not so long.

Whether it takes 5 mins or 5 hours. If return visits are needed, we return at no charge till the machine is fixed and you agreed. We are sorry to hear that after the repair was completed, you now have a problem with the pricing. Most of our clients, take comfort in our flat fee.     Very reliable and professional

    This is the second time I’ve used Repair Care. I found them very prompt in responding and very professional. They came within the day, came when they said they would and were very friendly and professional. He explained the problem and was very tidy cleaning up. The rates were up front and reasonable. I would defiantly use them again and would recommend them!

    Samsung Fridge Repair

    I called Repair Care after my fridge was not cooling properly due to ice build up and the customer service from the lady on the phone and the gentleman that came to fix the fridge was 10/10. I will be referring Repair Care to anyone with appliance problems. Thank you Abu (Hopefully I spelled your name correct)

    Fridge, stovetop, dryer

    Dishwasher leaking

    Thank you Repair Care for the flawless service. From booking an appointment to the technician arriving at the specified date and time. Mohammed was very knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He diagnosed the problem, ordered part and returned the same day to replace the leaking valve. Thanks so much. Highly recommended

    GE Elite Fridge Not Cooling

    My fridge stopped cooling for over 2+ weeks now, and I had 4 different refrigerator company come to diagnose the cooling issue before Repair Care came to look at my fridge. All of the companies diagnose the problem with different recommendations. On top of it all the other 4 companies were unprofessional, disregarded my property and were looking just to stick you with a very expensive bill. Finally, I got Merv from Repair that was very professional, clean, honest and was well prepared because of he did his homework regarding my issue. After pinpointing my issue and resolving my cooling issue Merv reassured me that for all my troubles he's going to ask the Client Rep Manager (Tarah) to waive my cost. My jaw dropped and couldn't believe a company would even consider this after fixing my fridge and going through that horrific experience with my fridge. All I have to say is that Repair Care made me feel "cared for" and human again and they didn't treat me like a number, they also restore my faith that there are still honest and good companies out there in the refrigerator industry and know what their doing. I will 200% definitely be recommending Repair to my family, friends and others. Keep up the fantastic work your doing Repair Care!
