    Washing Machine Repair

    Thank you for saving my washing machine! The spin cycle wouldn't go - and that's not pretty. Your team arrived the same day of my request and took care of everything.

    No power to Fridge.

    My Kenmore fridge had lost power & previously I would just have called Sears. I googled Kenmore fridge repairs and came up with a list near my home. I read the customer comments etc. and decided on RepairCare. It was the best choice I could have made! I phoned first thing in the morning to book an appointment. The fellow I spoke with was very friendly & accommadating. In under two hours I had a serviceman at my house & the fridge repaired. The serviceman was very friendly & knowledgable and had the repair done very quickly. I can't thank them enough for their speedy service. All my appliances are Kenmore and now I know who to call for repairs or servicing. Overall I had a great response from Repaircare & I highly recommend them. I know that I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

    Thorough and Quick Service

    The Technician was very thorough and very effective in the service. He had diagnosed the stove in approx. 15 mins and repaired it in an additional 10 mins. The thermostat had cut out. He had diagnosed the dryer in approx. 20 mins and repaired it in an additional 20 mins. The 2 rollers were stuck and the other loose. The whole service call took approx. 1.5-2 hours. They offer a 3 months warranty as well.

    LG Fridge Repair Diagnosis

    Was given a wrong fridge diagnosis. Paid to dispose of my $4500 LG fridge and bought a new $4000 LG Fridge because technician was not 100% sure his diagnosis would fix the fridge. When we plugged in our new fridge it didn’t work either. Turned out our problem was the home electrical panel and was not the original fridge that we disposed of. So sad we disposed of a $4500 LG Fridge. Repair Care only offered back the service fee of $126 after numerous hard worded e-mails which we refused to accept and would take NO RESPONSIBILITY for us disposing of our original fridge because of a wrong diagnosis. Told us we were 6 days past of 30 day Diagnosis warranty. (we were in self quarantine!)

We let you know several times per the payment receipt, our diagnosis is valid for 30 days and our Limitations & Disclosure states that If the client decides to purchase a new appliance, RepairCare is not liable. This decision is made at the sole discretion of the client. Bruce, as we let you know the technician tested the wall outlet 2x and the wall outlet received the correct voltage both times. If there is no indication of a problem, there is no reason to investigate the wall outlet for electrical issues. We did not tell you your fridge was irreparable. We let you know, as with any appliance repair, there is no guarantee that the repair will take place on the first attempt or if additional parts would be needed. That is why we return at no additional charges to complete the repair no matter how many visits are needed or how long the repair takes.The technician was told that you did not want to wait for 2 weeks for the part to come in to see if this would resolve the issue as you were going on vacation for 6 weeks so you would be purchasing a new machine. Once the client decides to purchaser a new machine, there is no need to have a confusing technical conversation about voltage. Had we returned and the issue not resolved, then we would have further investigated further to find out the issue and discussed the repair in detail. If the part was not required a full refund would have been provided. We offered a 3 way call with the technician 3x now to clarify the issue and the offer still stands. Service was provided on Feb 26th. On April 4th, we were contacted to say there was an issue with the electrical panel and demands were made for a compensation for both fridges an d if we did not then we were threatened with legal action and a bad review. Nothing was said about being under quarantine for COVID 19 when we asked why we were not contacted during the warranty period so we could return under warranty. in fact, Bruce we let you know that due to COVID 19, we understand times are difficult and as a goodwill gesture, we offered to refund back the diagnosis fee, which you rejected. We are sorry you do not appreciate your gesture and that we could not manage your expectations. Best Regards, RepairCare Team

    fix dishwasher

    The technician has been here before and always does a great job. He fixes the problem then helps me to understand how to avoid it in the future. The dishwasher works great now. I know if something else breaks i will be calling these guys

    Samsung Dryer
