    Plugged Drain

    The service was on-time, less than the estimated price, and little extras were completed. He cleaned up before he left too. This is the best service I have received for drain clearing.

    Basement Waterproofing and Sump Pump Installation

    MT Drains and Plumbing did a fantastic job on my basement waterproofing and sump pump installation in Guelph. Pavel explained the process clearly, the team (Slav and Oleg) worked efficiently to get a large job done in 3 days. They cleaned up the work site well and made sure I understood a few points along the process when a decision needed to be made. I am happy with the work done and I highly recommend them.

    Professional work, great communication

    We had a sewage backup and it ended up being a crushed sewer pipe and it needed to be replaced. Pavel provided a quote and proposed reasonable solution very quickly. He arranged for his team to come out and work on the repair very soon after that. Great communication, showed up as planned and even though the job became a little trickier than expected (due to a boulder on the sewer and water line), it was completed in a timely manner. The permits and inspections went fine as well. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience.

    Install tankless water heater

    Eddie and his crew were fantastic. Punctual, careful not to track dirt through the house and friendly. They did a super job, cleaned up well after they were done and we are now enjoying more water pressure and more hot water as promised! There was a delay in the work being done but only because of a serious but thankfully well caught and treated health crisis- and the only reason I mention this is because the way Eddie handled this tells much about his professionalism, responsiveness and work ethic! He was in touch immediately (sending us a text with a selfie from the ambulance!!) to apologize and let us know what was happening. He kept in touch over the weekend and two days later he and his crew were in our doorstep heaving pipes and equipment into our basement to take care of the job which was completed with very little disruption the same day. I also want to say when the supplier of the tankless water heater admitted that they did not in fact have the size that we had ordered, rather than make us wait Eddie and Pavlo (spelling?) provided us with a more powerful model for the same price! All around a great experience and we are happy to highly recommend MT plumbing and drains!!

    Basement Plumbing and Tankless Water Heater Installation

    Eddie from MT Drains & Plumbing consulted with us on the whether or not a tankless water heater would work for our space. He removed our old tank and installed the new one. We have been very happy with the extra space this has given us. Eddie also roughed in our plumbing for a new bathroom and washing machine. He contacted us outside of regular working hours when we had any concerns and was very responsive. We highly recommend his services.
