We had an issue of Kitchen drainage connected to Sump pump and the sump pump not draining due to accumulation of grease. Serhiy and his team replaced the Sump pump with a sewage pump as reaching out to the main drainage involved much bigger work. Serhiy is very insightful in terms of possibilities for fixing the issue and got the job done in one day. I would highly recommend Tornado Plumbing & Drains for any plumbing work.

I have used Tornado Plumbing twice before for minor plumbing issues and was completely satisfied. This time I was doing the replacement of almost 100 year old sewer lines in preparation for renovations. Serhiy is wonderful and always explained everything that they were going to do, and why. He answered all questions and provided a detailed estimate to review prior to us deciding to contract his services. We started with a video survey of our sewer system, both onside and out. As a semi detached home he even requested to have access to our neighbours to get a look at the connection to tge city line. During this inspection he noted that the work done by my neighbours did not include the run to the city line. I requested this be added to my estimate. Tornado worked in sections to allow us to live in our home during the evenings while they worked. They were punctional, very respectful and kept the work area inside very neat and tidy. On the outside I was originally concerned that my walkway had been destroyed but was pleasantly surprised when they were done that you could not tell they had been there! See picture #2! In addition to the sewer lines they removed a tree that was in the way (as requested), reset a toilet, brought my lines into code for my washer and hot water tank. Installed a back water valve. They even added a box for the washer connections that was not in the quote. Small detail greatly appreciated. My go-to plumbers. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. I've used Tornado twice now and each time they provide excellent service. They are friendly, listen, explain the challenges and solutions and do speedy work. I trust them implicitly, as I've worked with Plumbing companies who have taken advantage of my being in an emergency. They honour their warranties and are all around great to work with.

Nikolai arrived on time. He installed new faucets in my bathroom, everything was done without any issues. He is very professional and responsive. He answered all my other plumbing related questions. Highly recommended to everyone.

We retained Tornado Plumbing to remedy partially clogged sink and shower drains in our home. Serhiy snaked the drains, removed the built-up debris and had everything working smoothly in short order. He also alerted us to the shoddy work & shortcuts left by our contractor's plumber, and then went above and beyond to correct some of those issues. Serhiy was courteous, professional and transparent - carefully explaining what he was doing and why. At the end of the job, he left his work area clean & tidy. This is our second job with Serhiy, and he is definitely our 'go-to' plumber going forward. I highly recommend his services.
