Clogged Sinks & Shower Drain
We retained Tornado Plumbing to remedy partially clogged sink and shower drains in our home. Serhiy snaked the drains, removed the built-up debris and had everything working smoothly in short order. He also alerted us to the shoddy work & shortcuts left by our contractor's plumber, and then went above and beyond to correct some of those issues. Serhiy was courteous, professional and transparent - carefully explaining what he was doing and why. At the end of the job, he left his work area clean & tidy. This is our second job with Serhiy, and he is definitely our 'go-to' plumber going forward. I highly recommend his services.

Toilet fix
Tornado Plumbing is always fantastic, came and fixed leaky toilet, friendly and hard working, cleaned up everything after work done, will use again.

Backflow valve, new sewer line, new water line

Backwater Valve installation
I have used Tornado Plumbing in many projects in Etobicoke, always punctual and efficient in their work, fair price and excellent workmanship. I always recommend them to any family members or friends that need plumbing services in GTA. The owner, Sergei and his crew take pride in their work and they do it right the first time.

Basement Back up Solve
Tornado was recommended to us by a friend. In one of the recent rain storms our basement backed up. Sergey cleared the drain for us, identified the 2 issues in the pipe and most importantly told us to get in touch with the City to see if the break in the pipe was on city side (it was). We will certainly use Tornado again in the future.

Drain replacement
Serhiy is our go to plumber for a number of years now. Recently, I noticed water on and around the water tank in the basement and called him at once. I knew it came from the kitchen sink. As always, he responded quickly, came by the next day, assessed the problem and replaced the faulty drain (shoddy work once done by someone else) behind the drywall on the very same day. Serhiy has great workmanship, is very reliable, and always explains what needs to be done. I highly recommend his services.

Basement underpinning
Tornado Plumbing did an excellent job with our basement underpinning/waterproofing/in-floor radiant heating project. Serhiy was in contact throughout the entire process and we are 100% satisfied with the results.

excellent sewer replacement
Serhiy and team did an excellent job replacing sewer line from our house to property line, and upgrading some plumbing in basement. His team was incredibly hard working, and respectful of our home. They went above and beyond to clean up afterthemselves. We couldn't be more satisfied for the service they provided. Great team, highly recommend to anyone.

Kitchen sink unclogging
Kitchen sink got clogged in my rental property. Serhiy was able to arrive same-day! Not only did he clear the clog, but he also cleaned out a slow draining faucet. Above and beyond work at an extremely competitive price. 100% satisfied and would certainly recommend if you needed plumbing service.

Kitchen drain unclogged
I am very happy with the service provided by Tornado Plumbing and Drains. They responded to my call immediately and came to my house in several hours.
