    Highly recommend Direct Waterproofing

    Direct Waterproofing was great to deal with. Terry is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to us exactly what needed to be done, and the final bill was exactly what was discussed, there were no surprises. The work was quick, clean, and efficient. Can't recommend them enough.

    Waterproofing

    Terry and his crew did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up completely when they were finished. Terrys knowledge and advice helped us understand what needed to be done. The crew went above and beyond what was expected. We highly recommend Direct Waterproofing.

    Crack In foundation

    I never write reviews but I was really blown away by this service. Terry came over very promptly and made recommendations that were helpful and gave me a couple options and price points. Once I made my decision to move forward, Terry set up locates and his crew came out and had the work done very quickly. I was honestly shocked how quickly they worked and how efficient it was! Not to mention they were very respectful of my neighbors property to prevent any mud and debris from being left behind.

    Good price, excellent work and nice hard working crews

    I had Terry's team done my foundation waterproof and sump pump, very happy with Terry and his guys' work and price. I did lots of research and had several quotes before deciding work with them. Terry's price is not the lowest but most worthy. I have had pretty bad experience on doing foundation waterproof with other contractor and plumbers, Terry and his team is the best. During the excavation, one of the crews found the water pipe was leaking, the water had to be shut off. Because we have tenants so I was so panic and called tens of plumbers in order to fix the leak so we could have water back on, but they were either not available or asked for unreasonable price. Terry learned and drove all the way from Hamilton that afternoon and fixed it for free. I really appreciate his help. John, one of Terry's crew is very experienced. He spotted cracks on the foundation; Roman, another crew is very patient and met all my requests; Walter was very careful with the gas line and water pipe while digging; Thomas worked very hard while open up the floor to install sump pump due to a big amount of concrete underneath. Terry and his team are very considerate and pay attention to details! I liked how they cleaned up the worksite and take care of my plants. I Would recommend them to anyone who needs water proof or plumber work done.

    Fast, Reliable, Quality Work at a Fair Price

    Terry and his team are great. I highly recommend them for any water-proofing needs. Their workmanship is second to none, they treat you very well and are always there for you whenever you need them on short notice. I highly recommend working with them.

    Cement parging

    So I googled waterproofing and I got in touch with Terry from Direct Waterproofing. From the the beginning to the end Terry was honest and straight up with everything and got started on my job soon after we agreed on a price which was very reaonable for the amount of work involved. Terrys crew were very proffesional hardworking people who kept the area always clean from the start to finish. They did great work and I am very satisfied.     Window well restoration/waterproofing

    Terry was an amazing consultant. Told me what I needed to know. Did not hide any costs. Explained the process and how long it would take. The two gentlemen that came to repair the window well were professional, fast, and thorough. The cost was reasonable compared to other companies. It was 1,800.00 before tax - 2034.00 after tax. 25 year warranty. Very satisfied.

    Great communication and commitment to make it right

    Terry is always prompt to respond to any questions, and always tasks the time to make sure that we're on the same page. We have a 100 year old house and our basement was always damp and unlivable, with uneven and damaged floors. His crew waterproofed our walls, added a sump pump, and replaced the concrete floor, and now it feels like a completely new and comfortable space that we're excited to spend time in. Terry really worked hard to coordinate our schedules to complete the job to the highest standards, and I'm grateful for his professional and caring approach. (He really does seem to love his job and how it allows him to help make people's lives a little happier).

    Once a year thaw Water basement leak

    Terry was friendly and had the work done in a quick manner. His rates are very fair and reasonable. I usually get one leak per year when the snow thaws. He fixed my exterior wall . I feel confident at the next thaw that my wet basement will now be nice and dry. He provided a 25 year warranty too!! Thanks Terry for your professionalism and help. Regards , Anthony (Tony)
