    Would Recommend

    Terry is knowledgeable, reliable and I would recommend highly his work. He and his team accommodated our work schedule and completed the repairs in timely manner. Our basement needed waterproofing and Direct Waterproofing was the right contractor for the job. We will be hiring Terry again, for our next project. Thank you, Terry!!

    Basement Leak Waterproofing

    Very impressed from start to finish. Terry and his team of Sergey and Roman were outstanding. The guys came right on time, worked very hard and showed me the cracks that were causing the leak. Terry is very professional and honest and it was a pleasure working with this company. They went out of their way to explain the process and exactly what they were going to do. The job is perfect and I highly recommend their services to anyone that needs waterproofing.

    Great and fast work - definitely recommend!

    Terry was responsive, punctual, and provided very reasonable quote for his service. His guys (John and Roman) worked quick and efficiently. My basement is now ready to be finished and I can be worry-free from future water leaks. Thank you Direct Waterproofing - 100% recommend.

    Exterior Water Proofing - Amazing service

    We had our entire exterior waterproofed (and sump pump installed) by Direct Waterproofing and were extremely satisfied with the process and final results. Terry was fantastic and communication throughout the various stages of work, and the team Sergey and Roman, completed the job on schedule and always left the worksite tidy. Fantastic job, I cannot recommend them for your waterproofing needs enough! A+++ Terry was a great communicator and was extremely patient, understanding, and took his time to ensure that the quality of the work was impeccable.

    Waterproofing inside and outside foundation

    Terry was amazing to deal with, and Thomas and Walter were so friendly and did an amazing job. Im very thankful we called them. They didnt waste any time and worked very hard. Much appreciated.

    Waterproofing

    I hired Direct Waterproofing to waterproof a portion of my exterior back wall. From the moment I was in contact with Terry, I knew that I had found the right company for the job. He was able to provide me with a quote, timing, and full scope of work required.     Basement crack repair

    Terry and his team did an excellent job and repaired the crack professionally and in a very timely manner. I am very happy with their services. Will highly recommend for any basement leaks.

    AMAZING SERVICE!

    I was amazed by the quality of service provided by Terry and his team. Terry and his team had waterproofed the entire property (full external and partial internal waterproofing) and had installed a sump pump. Terry was a great communicator and was extremely patient, understanding, and took his time to ensure that the quality of the work was impeccable. He even came back to redirect the water further from the house when I had reached out to him with the request. I liked how Terry and his team made sure that the place was left clean and flawless after the work had been completed. The team went above and beyond what was expected! I am grateful to have come across Direct Waterproofing. I would highly recommend them!

    Furnace room waterproofing

    Terry and his crew did a terrific job waterproofing the basement area of my furnace room. From the initial quote, with pictures, Terry was quick to respond to all my queries and his crew worked efficiently to get the job done in one day. Great workmanship and very professional, I will definitely be using them for other projects next year (concrete steps and other concrete work). This is now my go to company for waterproofing and concrete work.

    Foundation Sealing - Bone Dry!

    Extremely happy with the quality of work and even more with the patience and communication of Terry and his team. Work was done on time, organized and thorough, Terry took time to really review the foundation problems to ensure the sealing would result in a bone dry basement! Terry is a perfectionist he even had his team come back to make a slight alteration to the sump installation so that the water would be directed even further from the wall. A+++
