    winter furnace inspection

    Very professional and thorough. Spent more time and did more tests on the furnace than any other person had ever done.

    Furnace inspection

    Friendly and professional service. Mica inspected our old furnace and gave us an honest apprasial of its condition. Very trustworthy!

    Knowledge and Courteous Staff

    I have signed up for the Cross monthly plan which makes it economical to have annual maintenance on my furnace and AC. The staff is very knowledgeable and resolved problems with my HVAC system which the company that installed the unit could not figure out. The staff is also very courteous and respectful of my home. I do not know if this is the cheapest company as I've never compared. After 8 service calls with the company who installed the systems and no resolution then dealing with Cross and having immediate resolution it was worth the fee.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Clint came out and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. Very friendly and professional. Cross Heating has looked after my furnace since new (they installed) and will continue to service our units in the future.

    New Furnace

    I called this company because my furnace wasnt working properly. They sent a service person the following day . They did what they could the furnace was 18 years old. A sales person came the following day and 2 days later we had our new furnace installed. All the people involved were excellent providing the best service ever ! They also loaned us heaters to provide heat while waiting . Highly recommended!

    Heat pump install

    Start to finish, Cross Heating was professional, honest and quite knowledgeable about their products. Install took two days and after everything was finished, you would not even know they were here. Nice follow up call after installation to make sure we were happy and for us to ask any questions. Highly recommend. Thank you!

    Heat pump

    I purchased a heat pump which Cross heating installed for me. The workers were efficient and did a very good job The heat pump is working very well. My house is never been so warm. Cross heating has provided very good good service something you dont get very often anymore I would definitely recommend Cross heating

    Tankless Water Heater Quote and Install

    I had a fabulous experience with this company. I received a quote on a tankless water heater from a very knowledgeable and friendly technician (thank you Kyle). The installation team who spent the day at my house were equally knowledgeable and very friendly and courteous (thank you Lucas and Tyler). I will continue to be a loyal Cross Heating customer because of this experience.

    Water heater installation

    The whole experience was pain free. Cross Heating is definitely a company I would recommend. Jason and the guys were professional and the installation was completed without any issues. The guys were very friendly, answered all my questions and cleaned up everything. Cant ask for more!

    Tankless water heater

    Great service with very quick response time. Had very bad experience with previous rental company 9 days no hot water. Finally gave up on other company and called Cross Heating. In a day and a half they had come out, quoted and installed new system. Highly recommend. Will be using them again.
