    Routine Service Excellence

    I had routine annual service done on my furnace, AC and for the first time the gas fireplace. The technician (David) was prompt and on time for our appointment. He went to work quickly and was very neat and tidy. He provided a few tips on the fireplace and was done everything in short order. I received a full explanation of what was done and advised that my equipment I was all in tip top shape. I have had Summers and Smith maintain my systems since the day they installed them nearly 20 years ago. Their staff are always courteous. If you are looking for excellent service - I would highly recommend them.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    Refrigerant leak causing coil to freeze up and insufficient cooling. David from Summers and Smith quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new A Coil the next day. David made a temporary repair so we were not left without cooling. Our AC unit was still under warranty so there was no charge for the work.I Recommend this company and David. Excellent work.

    David - Service Tech

    Was having issues with my A/C unit - not cooling well and the plenum was rattling due to icing and pressure. Summers sent David out to follow-up on a previous service call about a month earlier. He was very thorough, explained what he was doing and testing and was very professional throughout the service call. I did not have to pay for the follow-up service call just the parts required to fix the problems. Would definitely recomment both the company and David.

    Exceptional Service for more than 25 years.

    For more than 25 years I have been well taken care of by the Summers and Smith team. Recently helped several times by Michelle at the front desk, David with a gas fitting requirement and Grant with an emergency AC repair, I am reminded once again of the many regular annual servicing and emergency response experiences this company has provided to me for my home and business over the years. These people are professionals, a pleasure to work with and are a credit to the leadership at Summers and Smith. Great service and such a positive corporate culture doesn't just happen, it is the result of hard work by a great leadership team. Well done to all.

    Maintenance furnace and air service.

    I have had Summers and Smith come and inspect my heating and cooling system for years. We also purchased the systems with Summers and Smith. I have never had any issues with any work done by any of their employees. David just left and he serviced the units last year as well. Very courteous and professional. A pleasure to do business with.

    Furnace Repair Gas Leak

    Recently moved to a house in Aurora ON and my wife smelled a very faint gas odour in the furnace room. Called the gas company and they turned off the gas. Luckily not to cold outside. Called Summers&Smith that evening. They came the very next morning. Very methodically they were able to find the leak in a brass fitting which had cracked. Subsequently they were able to find and replace this fitting which is a little hard to find. David was a pleasure to deal with and he also tested my natural gas barbecue to make sure it was safe to operate. Very pleasant experience dealing with this company. Thank you.

    diagnostic of AC issues

    David of Summers and Smith made a great job in the diagnostic and repair. The issue caused by the recent power spikes due to power outage damage a piece of equipment on the outside unit of the AC. He looked around thoroughly to find the right diagnostic after trying various options. I appreciate his patience and his thoroughness.

    Check AC unit for cooling function

    Excellent service right from the first phone call to Michelle for booking an appointment to the technician's (Ryan) visit. Both were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Summers & Smith.

    HVAC system service

    S&S has been our "GO-TO" HVAC service company since 2016 and we have absolutely no complaints. Their service tech David has performed annual service for the last couple of years on our entire system and his professionalism is 100%. Cheerful, polite, and knowledgeable.

    Excellent service

    The serviceman was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. It's always a pleasure dealing with Summers & Smith. As a company, they are honest, fair and respectful with well trained servicemen. We recommend them to everyone.
