Today i had Shannon come to do the annual maintenance on my furnase, fireplace and humidifier as part of the ACE Plan. He did a very thorough job of inspecting and cleaning the appliances while keeping me up to date on the progress and showing me what he was doing and looking at throughout the 3 hrs it took to do the job. Shannon clearly takes pride in his work and enjoys bringing a "human" touch to the whole experience. No sales pitch, no pressure. Just information and a good job like he would do if he was at a friends or a relatives. Much appareciated and will definitely call him back for next year!

Shannon was here on emergency call, and got the furnace running! He gave different options as to a future repair, and I’ll weigh those options. He called in to the office to find out about the cost of a service part, which he didn’t have to do, and scheduled a call to have estimate done for new furnace. Very pro-active approach. Shannon was here to fix my fireplace which was not starting. It came on without having to fix anything, like magic. But he changed the call to a maintenance call and gave me instructions on the maintenance and operation of the furnace.
