    full replace heating and cooling system

    Very happy with the Anchor Team , advise from the start to the finish from sales and over all Install and set up . The knowledge of every one that did venting & furnace AC unit install . There is comfort knowing there staff are in house and take pride in there workmanship . Noticed a few small items after work was done .. i called within a few minutes had a booked appointment the same day and adressed all items .That's Service .     New Lennox SLP99 Furnace install

    From the Salesman (Justin) to the installers, (Chris & Todd), having to replace our furnace (16 years old - Ruud) , was made more palatable by the above employees. We selected the Lennox "top of the line" and are very happy with both the install and the furnace which is VERY quiet. It was a big job but it was done with experienced and pleasant people. The one recommendation I have would be to have an employee who is very familiar with the Smart Thermostat , come and give a good "lesson" on how to set it up. The manual is copious. Joe came by and got things set up for us and we were most appreciative. Thanks to the above employees for their pleasant manner and help with a number of questions. It made for a stress-free day and a warm house at the end.

    Furnace repair

    No heat on awaking at 8 a.m. Emailed Anchor to request an emergency visit. Administrator responded quickly - By 8:30 a.m. we were called to verify issues (i.e. power, noises, indicator check). By 10 a.m. tech Shannon was at the door and problem resolved by noon. He explained the problem as a faulty manufacturing one with the part and that the issue has been raised with the supplier. Service and parts covered by a warranty plan costing $11.29/month or basically the cost of a yearly maintenance visit. Shannon was personable, professional, and communicative.

    $150.00 plus HST nothing done!!!! AVOID

    Hot water heater not working. Dispatched tech who tried to sell me a $650 part Plus Labor with no guarantees. When asked if there is any guarantee, No. Then they Tried to sell me a replacement Hot water Tank for $3100 plus HST and a hoaky "service plan" No thanks. Got it fixed elsewhere at a fraction of the cost . Tech went for a poop in my bathroom without consent . NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

    AC & fan not working

    Made a service call for my AC at 12:30 pm today and Shannon arrived at 2:30 pm. He was able to diagnosed the problem within first 10 minutes. It was the thermostat and the batteries had corroded. He initially thought it would need to be replaced ($559), however after further work (cleaning, etc.) he was able to get it working again. Thank you Shannon for your expertise and patience in dealing with this matter.

    Water heater replacement

    Our experience with Anchor was very professional through and through, from the coordinator and salesperson to the installer. The salesperson offered practical solutions without focussing on upselling (another firm wanted to replace the furnace as well). We had our hearts set on tankless for space reasons but the representative also offered the option of simply relocating a new tank, which would also provide more space but for a lot cheaper. I'll seriously consider Anchor when the time comes to replace our furnace. Much of the business can be conducted electronically (scheduling, etc.) that I haven't seen often in this industry and that I appreciated. The installer actually showed up early. The installer clearly explained the pros and cons of each relocation optionts without pushing too aggressively for the one that would be more expedient for him. The installers were friendly, very competent and left the area clean once the work was completed. As far as replacing a water heater is concerned, I couldn't ask for a better experience overall.

    Gas fireplace

    Steve attended at our home to provide us with info/ estimate for new gas fireplace install. On time, very courteous, v. good explanations. He also provided excellent tips on fireplace maintenance.

    Technician showed up on time, explained what he was doing and left the house clean. I will use Anchor again.

    AC Tune-up

    Joe Saad showed up ahead of time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He completed all the required elements of the service. He did his work quickly and quietly and cleaned up afterward.
