Shannon was to fix my ac unit tonight. He found the issue quickly and fixed it. He was professional and kind.

The service took place within 24 hours of the request. The replacement of the thermostat, was completed with expertise and efficiency. Shannon, the technician who did this work order, was courteous, helpful and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with the support and service provided by Anchor ClimateCare.

Our technician (Quang) is a great employee .He comes in with a big smile and great with the family dog aka our security system. Not only is he very knowledgeable on the fixing our AC and our furnace and fireplace but he very helpful in answering our questions and giving tips to improve our heating and ac cost. AC was broken and the outdoor fan was no longer moving. Called in the morning and just after noon Shannon the mechanic showed up. He identified the problem in a few minutes, provided me with options and had the parts for a repair in his truck. AC was fixed in about 30 minutes and the house was liveable again. Top notch
