    Seamless move w 3 dutiful dudes

    Metropolitan Movers initially greeted me w friendly voice organizing a move in less than a week, during Covid & Dec. 23rd ensuring confirmation evening prior to move. Dudes arrived at 8:30 as agreed upon & got to work straight away dutifully wrapping fragile items & taping open faced items. They even asked to move stuff that I was thinking of moving myself. Dudes were incredible, laid back yet as hard working as can be! Loaded truck intelligently so fragile items were protected. They even let me help out to get things in truck & moved in new home. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this professional company :-D They were extremely conscientious & felt like they really cared. Once in new building, they filled elevator as to reduce amount of trips. They made move seamless & as stress free as possible even if we all know never the case ;-)

    December Move Chilliwack BC

    We thought we were dealing with a local company as listed online, but when we never had the same agent when phoning we asked and were informed that it was national. We wanted to know if we could access our belongings while in storage. Also, the first rep told us that the first month was included in the quote. The evening before the move we were told that we couldn’t access our unit as Metro was responsible for it. So, hours before we expected the movers we were searching for storage. Would like to have known earlier. The next morning the 3 young men arrived on time and they worked efficiently, respectfully and were pleasant throughout the time with us. I highly recommend Ivan, Becca and Daniel.

    The best move i had in my life

    This was the best move i ever had. Was so simple and they were fast ! They were clean and efficient and they got the job done without breaking a single thing ! They were money efficient and wanting to save me money the whole time ! Really enjoyed having them do our move, and without a doubt we will use them in a heartbeat !

    Storage and home relocation

    We were moving under strict deadlines - the landlord made us leave the apartment in 2 days while we had no room to move in. Metropolitan Movers were such a great help for a stressful period. At first, they offered to us climate-control storage. We used this place for all belongings while searching for a condo. After that, helpers delivered all properties and assisted at furniture installation. We managed this task together, big thanks to reliable movers.

    Responsive and flexible moving company

    Metropolitan Movers showed themselves as a flexible company. They really adapt to your demands: I liked the hourly rate coz we spend only 3-5 hours on local moving, and a partial packing option is also profitable if you need support only for heavy items.

    Long-distance relocation

    Metropolitan Movers are a large operating network working all over Canada. It is especially convenient for long-distance moving. I thought we would use several companies to transport all belongings, but the manager said they cover all Ontario cities and there is no problem with time-consuming tasks. We were moving around Canada, so special thanks to the experienced driver.

    Business move

    Business moving is a complicated issue since you should control almost every step. So, I appreciate how Metropolitan Movers facilitated my life this time. The manager consulted me before moving to know all aspects concerning relocation. I also paid the bill right in the billing department, with no additional payments or hidden fees like other companies do. The crew members knew how to treat the belongings without my instructions, as well as the driver, aware of the transportation details. That’s what I call perfect customer service.

    Perfect relocation with Metropolitan Movers

    Moving around Canada, you need an experienced team to avoid all possible issues. That’s what we got from Metropolitan Movers. I like how organized was the manager – he explained to us all matters and helped movers to cope with all properties. We didn’t even care about the process since the guys knew what to do. Quick and qualitative job, nothing to say.

    Moving

    These guys are amazing! Super fast, professional, and detailed. Two broken elevators didn’t stop them. Everything packed so neatly with nothing broken. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again guys!

    Move to an Apartment

    Clark and Serge were very professional and efficient. They did their tasks and took care of my valuable glass and breakable pieces. They moved me from point A to B and very respectful of my stressful attitude that day. I would recommend them to anyone and especially to seniors as well. It was an average move with lots of highly valuable pieces and none of them broke. Thank you for a wonderful job guys!!!
