    Productive, Professional Service

    The movers we had were fast, efficient, professional and super friendly. I would highly recommend this moving company. Extremely reasonable rates. I was so impressed I even called to make sure their boss knew they did an amazing job.

    House moving

    We have moved several times in our lifetime and this time, using Metropolitan Movers, the experience was absolutly amazing. Every piece of furniture was delicately wrapped to avoid possible damages, the moving personnel were incredibly pleasant to work with, all items were carried as if these guys were moving their own valuables. We could not believe the level of professionalism and attention to detail that was given to us during the entire experience, and it would only be far to write this review to make sure that great word of mouth spreads about this company, Kuddos to all of you guys working at Metyropolitan Movers for building and managing a great company. thanks again for your efficient service.

    Moving Experience

    The moving guys were friendly and for the most part took care with moving my items. The one issue I had, they rested my very heavy coffee table on the flimsy leg which caused the leg to come off. They did fix the issue however they fixed it during the move and did not wait until after the move was done to resolve the issue. As a result I got charged for the time it took to fix their mistake which was approximately 30mins and cost me about $50.

    Great movers, unethical sales

    The moving crew is excellent however, the so called moving expert is only an expert in jacking the price up. I was expecting to pay, based on our phone conversations $1000 but the sales guy used I pressure tactics to raise the cost by telling me I had to have 36’ truck instead of 20’ and that came with an extra man. The way he phrased it, it sounded like the extra man would cost $150 but he cost $450 more than expected because he gets paid for the drive. Total rip off. Didn’t need either the third man or the extra 6’. The truck was only half full.

    The worst service I have ever experienced

    Cant even express how terrible of an experience we had with this company. Completely unprofessional, did a terrible job at packing our moving truck to the point that my boyfriend had to unpack it all after they left and repack it. We have in a contract that we were supposed to have the service for 2 hours and after 2 hours the men said they had to stay for a minimum of 3. I spent half an hour arguing with them in the middle of our move that this was not what we agreed to and also spoke to their manager on the phone who was extremely rude and forced us to pay for three hours with the promise that we could contact customer service to get our money back the next day. The next day I contacted their customer service rep, Oliver, who was possibly the worst of it all. Yelling back at me on the phone and refusing to refund us our hour that we did not receive of service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Would be better off doing the move singlehandedly myself.

    Hardworking, polite and friendly service

    I had 3 guys come to move my 3 bedroom house to a bungalow and they worked non stop. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend. They arrived on time and didn't stop until it was all done.

    GTA move

    Would have been better off burning all my stuff and use the money I saved moving towards new stuff as repairing all the damages they caused is more than their value. Despite them being insured, movers confirming the damage done with photos, the only offer to rectify was a $100 dollar credit and a 'dIY leather repair kit they mailed to me months later. STAY AWAY

    We I highly satisfied with service. We are highly satisfied with the service. We are highly satisfied with the service. Communication to book our mouving was very professional. My phone calls and messages was answered right away. We are very satisfied with the service. Communication to book our mouving was very professional. All calls and messages were answered right away with clear explanation. ( Moving during holiday season!!!) Guys came on time, very professional, work fast, very careful, use time very efficient, friendly. Price very reasonable compare with other companies. No any hidden charges, everything is discussed upfront. Disassemble and assembly was very fast and with accurate.

    Move from Burnaby to Delta

    Movers were very professional, very obligiting, and efficient. Especially in view of the fact that it was not an easy move in Burnaby!! Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    A great business that appreciates it handling the the key pieces if furniture in your life. They placed things to make it easy to accessMy storage unit. easy

    They arrived on time, asked where to. Begin by Observed all the items and then picked up a boxes to determine weights then proceeded to load the truck in a smooth continuous motion. Nothing was damaged or broken. There were no dents or marks left on the walls they were very concerned that I was satisfied. They re confirmed our location and headed straight there. All of this while it was snowing and in 3 foot snow drifts. Thank you gentle for making a stressful day so Great. Marilyn Smith
