    Moving In-City

    One of the simplest, most straightforward moving companies I've ever used. Planned my in-city move less than a week out, and was able to get both the date and times I wanted. Answered some basic questions to get started -- not a time-consuming questionnaire like many other movers -- and had everything confirmed within a day. Very impressed. Absolutely fantastic and fulfills all expectations. So happy with these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

    Great Movers, Professional And Reliable!

    I was pleased with the professionalism which was demonstrated from my very first contact. The movers came on right time and were prepared with all necessary equipment. It took them just about 5 hours to move my full two bedroom apartment. On the top of everything they quoted me with reasonable price. Management seems excellent. I can't think movers could be better, and so, excellent! Thanks guys!

    Moving to a Condo

    The crew did a fantastic job. The moving was done according to our requirement and in a timely manner. Nothing was broken or damaged, even not a single scratch I found. I loved their strategy to accomplish the moving. It was organized, therefore I must recommend them for their top class moving service.

    Windows & Doors Installation & Service

    My friend recommended me Metropolitan Movers & I decided to hire them. They were really Great & Professional. They arrived on time & helped me move comfortably without any stress. Everything was so good & perfect. Thank You so much for making this so nicely. We will surely recommend.

    Moving in-city in Regina, SK

    I was quoted $546.00 for my 3 bedroom move by Metropolitan Movers but they sent a truck that wasn't big enough so I had to pay for another truck to complete my move. With the additional truck and other miscellaneous expenses it ended up costing me $871.00 for which I didn't get a receipt for; the mover told me he would be e-mailing me my receipt but I still haven't received it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING!

    Moving

    These guys are bad. They quoted a rate to move a 3 bedroom house using 3 men for $110 in two quotes. But on the final they changed it to 2 bedrooms and 2 men. Which company in its right mind changes the final estimate from an agreed upon quote. Of course the move was based on hourly charges so with fewer people it would have resulted in a significant increase in the charges. Then they charge $200 to cancel. This company is not to be trusted.

    Helping me move

    We arranged everything quickly. They were on time and professional, Wrapped things that were lose. Never damaged anything. Fast and sufficient. Moving made easy with Metropolitan Movers. Affordable too. I recommend them.

    Small project of moving 3 appliances within my home

    Booked them for a small job. Phone me back after the fact about the cancellation policy. Found a mover that was half the price called a half an hour after to cancel. They wouldn't forego the fee. ONLY 30 MINUTES after making the call. This is a complete money grab - extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend them or use them

    Moving

    Do not take the chance and book with this company. After packing we contacted the company about the size of their biggest truck after reserving the move date at least 1.5 months in advance. The company did not have a big enough truck for two loads so we had no choice but to search for another company with a bigger truck capacity. I called to cancel with 12 days' notice and explained the situation honestly. The company was unforgiving and charged a $114 fee for no work at all! Other companies allow for 3 days' advance notice of cancellation and that is what the contract seemed to indicate but it was not clear. In fact the 3days' notice with this company is only to reschedule the date but this info appeared just under the cancellation fee!!!! How terrible to be charged for nothing. Not good business as it leaves a sour note. Why would I want to use this company again? They have lost my trust. I will not refer them to others. This is a bad reflection on them. Stay away from this company. Their practice is not reasonable.

    Furniture

    Excellent Service! On Time yes. Communication good. Professional Debatable. I was really very happy with the service I received with this shipper. They worked according to "my" timeframes, were extremely professional & courteous; very hard-workers. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
