I got this company name from my friend, this is the first time I deal with them. They came at time and moved us really fast. They know what they are doing. I strongly suggest this moving company. It's worth the price !

Without a hassle! I was moving out of my previous apartment to a new one a couple of blocks from my old place. You guys really were quick in loading and unloading my stuff, packed all my stuff in just a short amount of time and made sure you loaded and unloaded them in order and gave me a very good price for the move. Movers were very kind and very professional. Everything is perfect! They are the best in this business. Metropolitan Movers is highly recommended to all my friends and family.

Found this company to be friendly, professional & the men that turned for the job were not grumpy at all, they had great attitudes about doing difficult work. Their pricing is good, and they were efficient and smart about packing our things and not a single tear was shed. I would recommend them to anyone facing the challenges of a big relocation in a heartbeat.

We decided to opt for pro movers this summer as we've had some pretty horrific moves in the past and had minimal amount of time to devote to the move due to our hectic schedules. Metropolitan proved to be very professional, performed the move very speedily and were very gentle & considerate with our things. We really felt like we got our money's worth and were so totally happy with the way they handled everything.

First time experience using these movers. They were early by about 20 minutes, which was actually a good thing. I gave them a quick tour of what needed to be done and they were very efficient in packing all items. Lots of padding & shrink wrapping were used. All in all the move was done in about 6 hours! I am very happy with the choice I made as they provided outstanding service, and they lived up to their good name.

We have been planning our move for summertime and shopped around for the most cost effective company to do the job. Metropolitan's price was fair & they were very helpful & communicative. We got a written quote in advance & the men who came on the job were polite and sociable, and most important of all were very careful with our belongings. The entire experience was excellent from the first contact to their quick & efficient move. Would definitely call them again if we ever move again.

We moved from a two bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom town house and 2 different friends recommended these movers. They took care of our belongings and were spot on time, and packed up everything in less than 4 hours. All was very efficient and our experience was very positive just like our friends. We thought the move would be a stressful day but we ended up the day with a relaxing dinner! We couldn't have been happier with a moving service.

Beware of these people! On the day of the move 2 people showed up who had no tools, no dollies, no experience and basically kept telling stories and making excuses for not being able to do the job. When I asked them why they showed up without tolls their explanation was that their tools were missing. When i asked them how they would move my furniture their answer was that I would have to help them. I called up the Customer Service thrice that very day and every time someone promised to call me back and never called me back. So, I called a few friends took my own tools and loaded my stuff on the truck. The so called 'movers' did not even know how to use furniture or hand dollies! at the end of the day here is the summary of the move: Me and my friends had to take all the heavy stuff out of mt house and they loaded the truck. They had no clue how to load the truck, so a small 1700 square feet house they could load in 2 rounds! they loaded once and I had to go to my new place and empty it they cam back again for the rest of the stuff and were not able to load the remaining articles! Next day I had to call another help to clear out the rest because my house was sold. I had to keep them for almost 12 hours! (Certainly not an example of "Professional Fast Movers" as they promise) The damage list is extensive but here are a few - Dinning Table, Mattress, Hutch and Buffet, Computer table, etc. Surprisingly, no one from the customer service called me even till today (July 7th - the move date was June 25th).
