I feel comfortable talking to them because they were approachable and funny. You have a good team and I want to work with you again. I've been using this company for a year now and they never fail to amaze me. The last move I've had with this company was excellent, the movers were prepared and helped me pack and wrap my things without charging extra payments. They're good at what they do and their very professional.

The service received from Metropolitan Movers was excellent. The two men arrived on time and got to work right away. Our belongings were handled with care and they did a good job to be careful of doorways and entrances so as to not make any scratches or scuff marks on walls. Great value for money. Would use again and recommend to family and friends.

I highly recommend Metropolitan Movers. We have used them several times and they are kind, careful and professional moving company. They are mindful of little things from taking off their shoes at the entrance to making sure everything is shrink wrapped/covered and ready for transport. I was very impressed at how they took the time to make sure all the items fit, were protected and secure at the storage facility. very happy and pleased with the service.

I used Metropolitan Movers out of London Ontario to move my 1 bedroom condo to a Townhouse 10 min away. It was the worse experience I ever had. They actually subcontract out their work to a moving company in London. The movers were VERY slow. It took them 7 hrs to move a one bedroom condo with no appliances!!! They tried to add extra cost on the bill at the end like a Heavy equipment charge(their movers!!!), extra fee for stairs,etc. All that are hidden cost that are not explained at the start!!! I had to help them move a third of the truck at the end to just get the job done!!! I tired to call the toll free number after the move while the movers were still there to dispute the charges and no one answered the phone. I tried 12 times. It says to leave you name and phone number and someone will call you back but doesn't let you leave that info, it hangs up on you!!!! I will never recommend this company or the one that they subcontracted it to ever again. I tried to put in a complaint to the head office and they tired to pawn it off to the mover crew. I had a contract with head office, not the employees they employ!!! Worse service EVER !!!!!!!

I had hired Metropolitan movers for moving in Edmonton , The truck was not professional (upgrade normal personal truck !!) and the staff also lazy , The estimation for 2 bedroom was 4-5 hours but it took 9.5 hours and they charged 1,212 instead of 600 CAD .Also they damage old condos and I paid to landlord 500 CAD . I'm extremely upset about their services

From the freindly customer service, to the punctuality, to the treatment of all our precious items, this company went above all my expectations. I have no problem referring Metropolitan Movers, to any residential or commercial services. they were GREAT!

I had a great experience with Metropolitan Movers! These guys are very quick and efficient. They handled everything with professionalism and were vary polite, I had to give minimal instruction as they knew what they were doing and they handled my things with the utmost care. I have already recommended them to friends that are moving and will definitely use them again in the future!
