    Moving

    The two men who helped me never said no. They were awesome. Polite, efficient and thoughtful. They made what could have been an arduous task enjoyable in many ways. I felt lucky they were on my team.

    Moving company

    Staff was wonderful and quick! They moved everything so quickly and helped disassemble and assemble our bed! They were great! Very polite and handled all our things with great care. Thank you for the great service.

    Moving

    The crew from Metropolitan Movers were communicative, on time and so fast and efficient. They were friendly, packed my entire kitchen and moved everything much faster than I thought possible. Just an exceptional job.

    movine

    The worse company ever calls last mint to say they cant do the moving. not reliable company. Really screwed me over Last Minute. please don't call this company for any moving.

    Glad we booked them

    Our two helpers were very polite and helpful. They were patient and tried their best in handling my packages during our move. I will definitely book them again next time. I highly recommend them.

    Metropolitan Movers are awesome

    Dean and his partner were just simply awesome. They didn't waste time and very efficient with the moving. Also, they got everything loaded and unloaded with no damage with any or my belongings. Thank you both!

    Packing & moving

    Metropolitan Movers packed, moved and loaded the containers. We had 6 movers who were polite, helpful and enthusiastic. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for their excellent service.

    Best Moving Experience!

    I can't say enough good things about Sergei and Cole. They were so friendly and careful. They made what is usually pretty stressful experience (moving) stess free and easy! Highly recommend Metropolitan to anyone looking for great service and prices!

    Very Satisfied with A+ Moving Service!

    I've just had a recent move with MM and definitely would recommend them for your next move! Office team was very fast to book the move and re-arrange moving date very last minute (due to difficulties with booking elevator at my new condo), the terms of the move were clearly explained and forwarded to me via email. Movers were very professional, attentive, nice and caring; the whole move went very smooth and was very time efficient. All the furniture were delivered without any damages, movers helped with wrapping bigger objects and made sure they are protected. I'm very pleased how effortless and quick my move was, thank you so much Metropolitan Movers team for the A+ service!

    The worst

    Where to begin? This was the worst experience I had with a move ever. They took 6 hours to do a 2-bedroom condo moving, with everything already packed and ready to go. The last company that I've used made the same move within 2 hours, with time to spare). The movers were super slow, not wearing a uniform, not wearing gloves, forgot to bring the mattress cover, and they spend the whole time horsing around and talking on the phone in a foreign language. They then destroyed a baseboard at my building (which I had to pay and refused to refund). And then they ripped my new office chair, and of course, refused to repay). And then they took a 1:30h lunch and CHARGED ME for this time. You can always expect some wear and tear on any move, but almost every single piece of furniture got damaged. And then the absurd charge: $750 (Which they tried to get in cash not to pay any taxes). Never again!
