    Office renovation

    Service was good and thorough, the office looks nicer and brighter. We were given many good options and the staff in charge of our carpet renovation was diligent and satisfying.

    Carpet replacement

    Heard about Gary thru my realtor to get my Home prettied up for sale...lol...he came by a couple times to get the job setup and arrived with his installer on the day chosen right on time. Work was completed in less than one day as promised and looked great. Have recommended him to a couple friends since and will use him again next time I need flooring.

    New Carpet on 2nd Floor

    I was very happy with the services received. Gary provided very responsive service, competitive pricing and a solid range of options for my 2nd floor new carpet. Delivered and installed on time as promised. Would not hesitate to recommend his services.

    Highly recommend.

    We are extremely happy with the service and product we received from them. Gary was professional and very easy to communicate with, and had great suggestions and ideas for us. There are so many options to choose from I ended up picking at least 10 different styles. Gary brought me large samples of the 10 that I picked and with those samples, it was very easy for me to make a final decision. The installation was smooth and we love how the new carpet gave our office space a brand new fresh look. We are very happy! I highly recommend them.

    Carpet Installation

    I have used Gary in the past to install carpet to prepare a home for sale and was happy to use his company again in a new home. Gary was a pleasure to deal with, professional and accommodating, given delays caused by other trades doing work. The installer was efficient, friendly and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend Gary and his team.

    Hardwood Floors and Carpeted Stairs

    After obtaining 3 quotes for hardwood, I settled with Gary from Direct Flooring. Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with. Got me a great price, for a great Canadian hardwood for the entire second floor (3 bedrooms + closets + hallway). Installation was extremely professional, quick, tidy, and efficient. The crew would clean up after each day of work (especially handy given I have 4 kids running around). I would not hesitate to recommend. In fact, after doing the hardwood, I asked him to provide and install new carpet for the stairs - this was done to the exact same standard. Superb!

    condo flooring

    i hired Gary to replace carpeting and tile in a condo i bought with hardwood. Gary was very professional, and the job was done promptly and with great care. there were many logistical details and Gary was very good at attending to everything.

    Commercial Carpet Installation

    Installers were amazing and did such a wonderful job installing the new carpet at our office. They were extremely professional, paid great attention to detail, moved all furniture back into place and left the office looking amazing. Would totally recommend the Direct Carpet people for any flooring project.

    Renovating for home sale

    Gary was recommended by both my realtor and home stager. We had the main floor replaced with vinyl and hardwood laminate, and the stairs and second floor hallway with carpet. I was in a bit of a rush to get the home listed, and Gary worked hard to get the product and have his staff in to install it quickly. There were a couple minor repairs required after the install was completed, but they were done quickly and I couldn’t even tell where they were. The house now looks great and I am wishing I had done this sooner. Would recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional job!

    Carpet Installation

    I am a home stager and have been dealing with Gary for 8 years. I recommend him to all my clients that need to replace their carpet, hardwood or laminate before they sell their house. He is absolutely awesome with my clients and his installers are fabulous!!! I have never had a complaint come back. Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with Gary and his team in my own home. Replaced the carpet on my stairs and upstairs bedrooms. I am so happy with the results!!!! Highly recommend to call Gary for any of your flooring needs.
