    Repair Fridge

    I called Max Appliance on Friday night, and they immediately set up an appointment Saturday morning. The technician, Evgeny arrived promptly just before 9am and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. It was not a cheap repair, but it was better than having to spend 3 times that amount (at least) for a whole new fridge. In addition, my son's birthday was the following weekend so without it being fixed it would not have been good. Thank you Evgeny (Eugene) for your prompt, courteous, and professional service.     Excellent, prompt service

    Excellent service by Sergei. He arrived early and quickly got to work on my dishwasher. He was very pleasant and work diligently. After dealing with other appliance repair companies that don’t show up or don’t call back, this was a pleasure!

    Bosch Dishwasher Repair

    The upper sprayer arm in our five year-old Bosch Ascenta dishwasher wasn't spinning, and dishes in the upper rack weren't being cleaned. I determined that the tub wasn't filling enough to circulate water to the upper arm. Evgeny paid a visit and checked the components with a multimeter (all OK) and visually inspected the water intake valve, which seemed to be clear. I tried to run a load of dishes later that morning and found that things hadn't changed. I emailed him, and he called back right away and arranged to come back that evening. He was systematic in troubleshooting the problem - after bypassing the water supply to see if a blockage was the problem (it wasn't) he replaced the water intake valve which resolved the issue 100%. I'm grateful that Evgeny took the time at the end of his day to return and solve the problem. Thanks!

    dryer repair

    your expert Evgen serviced my dryer today. He arrived early, was very polite, expertly diagnosed the problem & ensured I was satisfied with the result before leaving. I will be sure to ask for him by name the next time I need to avail myself of your services

    Refrigerator Repair

    Evgen accurately diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator immediately. His repair was effective and efficient, and he explained how to monitor and prevent the issue going forward. I would use Max Appliance Repair again.

    They came right away and finished the job.

    Did a good job and responded very fast to my issue. Fridge wasn't worked and he found the problem in minutes, fixed it quickly and cost was reasonable in my mind.

    Dishwasher malfunction

    I was able to schedule same day appointment. Nikos arrived promptly. He was very polite and told me what he was doing and why. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it in an hour. He cleaned the work area and dried it. I’m very happy with the work and would recommend this company.

    Whirlpool Dryer Rrpair

    I was extremely happy with my service and the technician, Baur, he was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing and what my dryer needed to repair it. He did have to come back the next day with the parts as it was late the first day he came. He cleaned up everything and even vacuumed out the dryer when he had it apart. GREAT JOB!!!

    Samsung refrigerator repair

    I called in for service and Tom K., the technician, arrived within the hour. He was knowledgeable, polite and quick. I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. Highly recommended.

    Weekend Washing Machine Repair

    Discovered the washing machine was broken Saturday afternoon. I submitted a quote request through the company website and got a callback within minutes. A service call was scheduled for later the same afternoon. The technician, Andrey, arrived exactly when scheduled and quickly identified the problem, had the required part on hand, and completed the repair quickly. Andrey was very friendly and professional throughout. Overall we are very happy. Total time from discovering it was broken to the repair being completed was four hours. We were very happy with the service - especially on a Saturday afternoon! We would be very happy to recommend Max Appliance Repair to others.
