Phong did an excellent job explaining and providing excellent service. There was a bit more work to do upon further inspection after the initial quote but he still finished the job and held the quote cost. Would recommend

I needed the foundation parged on a very tight schedule. The work included parging inside the garage. The two workers showed up on time and were finished ahead of schedule. The work was excellent. The workers were very polite. The weather wasn't ideal (light rain) which meant some difficulty in the cleanup but they were able to complete the work to my complete satisfaction.

Brick Aid masonry services exceeded our expectations for our store's front entrance brick repair. Initially, we were not ready to make the repair, but we were thoroughly impressed when we decided to proceed. Phong and his team were fantastic to work with to fix our chimney leak. He was able to provide a quick quote and also identified a few areas where we needed tuck pointing on our brick (much appreciated as we are hoping to sell our house soon). Phong was always quick to respond to my questions and showed up on time to complete the work. He went over and above to fix some additional tuck pointing and some holes on our front porch free of charge. I would highly recommend Brick Aid for any masonry needs.

Phong and Van were working on parging my neighbours house; they were working between our two houses . I walked over to ask advice about my house and they immediately took a look and showed me that while most of the work was just fine but a small area could use a a touch up .I asked if they wouldnt mind quoting the job. I went out later in the day and they asked me to take a look and they had done the work on my house gratis! I am so grateful for their generosity and kindness. They did a great job on both our houses and I said i would leave a recommendation . Thanks again guys

Phong fixed a massive 2 story crack up the side of the house. The job was done quickly and exceeded my original expectations when it was finished. Its very satisfying to know that a great job was done on this repair.

I highly recommend Brick Aid Masonry. Phong was incredibly professional, took the time to personally inspect current condition (where 2 other highly reviewed companies on HomeStars simply asked for pictures and blindly estimated without onsite visit), provide a detailed quote with 2 options and walked me through it / answer my questions. I highly value that he also provided a recommendation, sharing what he would do if it was his house (while also explaining merits of either option)... He gave me all the info i needed so i felt comfortable with the decision i made. He and his associate were on time, very personable, thorough in the work they did and clean up each day. They noticed 2 items not in scope - an area where bricks had previously been removed for a vent and poorly patched. He found some spare bricks i had sitting around and took it upon himself to make the wall look like new in that area. He also identified an area on my chimney that took them an extra hour to repair. in both these cases, he said he's here and able to do within the day and did not charge extra. Phong and his colleague did a great job on my project. They also tackled an additional problem which I had not previously mentioned. Getting to my basement exit was not easy because they had to drive through a narrow alley. Phong was great at communicating and answered all my emails and phone messages.

Phong and his crew did a great job for us, removing four courses of bricks at the top of a wall of our very tall Victorian house, then tuck-pointing, replacing bad bricks and remediating water damage. This was a large and complicated task and Phong and his crew did fantastic, clean, and attractive work. They always came when they said they would and the job was done on budget and on schedule. Phong is very reasonable and easy to work with. He took very good care of us and our house and we could not be happier.
