    Smart home

    Devraj was fast and efficient when installing but also very thorough when explaining. He did a walk through of the old appliance’s explained any safety concerns and the difference between old and mew technology. It was a very educational experience.

    NEST PROTECT Install - Kai

    Simply Smart Home sent installer Kai to install our NEST PROTECT. Simple description of Kai " Smart, knowledgeable, and friendly" Me being in IT field and Home Automation business Kai couldn't pretend he knew things, his knowledge was refreshing as not too many people so far I encountered in IT field knew about Home Automation or Z-Wave. Kai has also given us about some fire safety tips and we are grateful for his time and expertise. Thank you Kai, we wish you the best of luck in your future installs. Simply Smart Home you are great.

    Smart home

    Devraj was really clear in his points he was very helpful and was willing to spend time in his explanation and really good in his work and talked well regarding fire safety and was to clean the dryer off excess lint as it is a fire hazard

    Nest Protect plus installation at No Cost

    The company advertised for Nest Protect Plus Installation at no cost as per attached. I registered for the programme. After very long time their rep came and inspected my house from top to bottom. Did not even talk or install the Nest protect pro. Appears false advertisement to visit and inspect homes by strangers. Extremely unprofessional. Be Aware

    I recently request a next protect installation at no cost from simply smart home. Liby and his colleague came in as expected. he explained with me the details and indicated the protential fire issues. Liby is very professional and i learned a lot from him. i will recommend to my friends. great jobw

    nest protect installation

    Kai from Simply Home was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The install was quick and he pointed out that my current smoke alarms had expired and recommended I replace them without pressuring me to purchase any more nest products. By the way, I did replace the old smoke detectors. Thanks Kai!

    Smart home

    Devraj was a great consultant! We walked around the house and he gave me tips and tricks to make the house safer and more secure all the while keeping the cost low. He was straight forward with me and gave me all the options. Overall it was a pleasure meeting and working with Devraj.

    Unprofessional customer service

    They need to train their agents better and professionally. Agents are rude and doesn’t give the customer to talk for a second. I installed cameras that worked well for 30days as soon the subscription ended from Nest I’m not getting any notifications. I was transferred to Nest by SSH agents and wasted 1weeks worth of time trouble shooting. now I called again they are saying it’s not their fault and they’ve to send their electrician for this matter. The agent said 10days Trail time is when I should have cancelled my service . If something works what reason do I’ve to cancel and now it is not working so why should I continue to pay for the service? Please do not go with the provider. They say something to get the customer once the customer is hooked with their services that’s when they start giving them tough time. When signing up for the services they didn’t break down all these hidden information. Terrible and dishonest customer service. It’s not worth your money to get the service from them... please take my word for it!

    Nest Fire Alarm promo install

    Signed up for the Nest Protect and Liby came by initially. After a brief fire alarm check, the conversation turned to my water heater and about replacing it (currently 8 years old). Sat on the offer for a few days, but decided not to pursue, booked two more appointments before the alarm was installed. Liby was able to hook it up to my existing Nest Thermostat and tested to make sure everything was working fine.

    Did not show up

    Signed up for the promotional Nest Protect Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detector for my mom's home and after 4 months received a call and installation date. The installation date was on a weekend between 5pm to 9pm and I needed to be there since english is not my mom's first language. I waited for 5 hours plus another 1.5 in travel time on a Staturday for nobody to show up! There were no calls to warn me of the missed appointment before or after. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I will likely contact Nest to provide them feedback on my experience with their 'service partner' Simply Smart. --------- 9/22/19 changed rating from zero to 3 Simply Smart called to reschedule and the installer came by on Saturday. She called 1/2 before arrival and was very efficient and professional. The Nest Protect was installed without any complications. I want to thank the installer for salvaging my impressions of Simply Smart.
