After reading reviews on Homestars, I gave them a call and set up an appointment to have a Tech come out. The tech (Camilo), arrived on-time, and was professional right from the minute he introduced himself. He walked us through in detail what was required to be done and answered every questions we had. He then provided us with the cost to which we agreed and off he went. I have nothing but positive things to say about Camilo and the work he performed, he was courteous, professional, and kept his work space clean during and after the work was performed. A few weeks later, I did not have any hot water pressure in my house. Once again, I contacted sewers squad and requested Camilo to attend, as our initial experience with him was above and beyond our expectations. Camilo arrived on time, assessed the issue and identified the issue within 15 minutes. He provided a price and off he went. Once again, he fixed the problem and was a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, sewer squad is lucky to have a Tech like him as he takes great pride in his work, works hard, is very personable, all of which are the qualities of a true professional, he really is a true asset to the company. He deserves to be commended for his work and professionalism. I assume that some readers may request Camilo to attend for service as a result of this review, and if you do, you will NOT be disappointed, but as for Camilo, I'm sorry if you suddenly get inundated with service calls! ps. Sign up as a member with sewer squad , you get great discounts and perks which have already paid off for me, but I'm not going to get into detail about that, ask Camilo when you see him!

My sump pump was broken, The store where I bought it replaced it for free since it was only 2 months old. The plumber, Cameron Curtis, came and replace 5he pump.

Found on Home Stars. They did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Found Cameron to be transparent and clear about the work and the cost. Would recommend and use them again!

THE TECHNICIAN CAME IN RIGHT AWAY AND SERVICE OUR CLOG TOILET. HE LOOK AT IT AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE AND EXPLAIN TO US WHAT WILL BE THE PRICE AND JOB THAT HE IS GOING TO DO. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

Communication with head office is excellent. They remind of your appointment by text. Service tech was polite and explained everything before and after work was done. He was clean, quick and did a good job and even called after to make sure there were no leaks.

Easter weekend, a lot of rain, sump pump alarming! What do you do? Call sewer squad who go back to us in less than 5 minutes and prioritized our call. Mike came and was very clear about the expectations and costs - provided us options to make an informed decision. Work was done efficiently and quickly and they saved us. The plumber went beyond the norm in his service in fixing a complicated sink clog. He was professional, patient and very efficient, explaining the strategy every step of the way.

Quick response in late night; Nice and knowledgeable technician ; Job was done properly; Over expected after sale service （prepare a basement flooring protection application), this was what I didn’t expect. I am happy with this company and will continue work with them.

I wish to thank Phil whom I called as the noise from my sump pump was going off. Yes, at four in the morning. Phil was very patient with me and helped me turn off the really horrid noise and then sent Vince out to replace the pump. I am so grateful to them for helping me out. Sewer Squad are very helpful and professional. They came performed an inspection and took time to explain the problem and gave me options at different cost points to fit my budget and they gave me time to think about it without being pushy. Would definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a big job, like a main sewer line repair, or a small job. Thanks sooo much Melissa and Vince!!!
