We reached out to Panes to have windows installed on every floor of a 100 year old home in Toronto. We found it appealing that panes manufactured their own windows and offered installation as well as cash and carry windows. David was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions on a timely manner. The team always showed up when promised, they met our construction schedule, and went above and beyond with installation. The windows were not easy to install but they did a wonderful job. There was an issue with a rear window which slightly too large for the opening, the technicians enlarged the opening themselves. I called David when I didn't find the brick work had been done to my standards, Panes was very quick to fix the issue. Literally the next day they brought in another professional mason who met and exceeded my expectations. The issue was resolved within 24 hours. Everyone makes mistakes, however it's how we handle the mistakes which counts. Panes knows what they are doing and are fantastic. You wont be disappointed and I guarantee you that your neighbours will be asking you where you bought your windows form.

I am very happy with the quality of the windows that we put in our house. I like the extra insulation in the frames. Shipping to Medicine Hat Alberta was complicated. The best part of the experience was the online tools and chat. I asked many questions and all of them were answered promptley. Very good customer service.

I contacted panes.ca as I had a tight deadline since my carpenter was moving out of province. I spoke with David who was a delight to work with and advised me that my timeline is not one that is typically obtainable however he will work with me to ensure it gets to me on time. Other companies i had contacted before panes.ca said no can't be done and that was the end of it. I placed an order for 6 new windows for my home, the reps worked with me to ensure everything was the correct size, and correct format for what I needed. I was a few dollars short on the free delivery however a quick chat with the rep and they accommodated and they gave me the free shipping since it was close enough. Once the windows had arrived to their depot near my home they realized a window had broke along the way, before I could even comment they already had another window fabricated and being shipped to me at no cost. During this entire process i was able to work with the reps at any point, they answered any questions and even worked with me after hours. They called me on their way home from work after their shift just to ensure everything was ok. The customer service alone puts this company miles ahead of any other window manufacturing company i have ever dealt with. Moving onto quality, the welds, joints and just overall quality exceeded expectations. My carpenter is actually switching to panes.ca for all of his supply orders since he was so impressed with quality and price. Overall panes.ca has been a wonderful experience to deal with, they met and surpassed all expectations on customer service, quality of product and price. Highly, highly recommend. 5/5 from me.

Pretty easy website to negotiate. Awning window is really nice. Window was ready before due date. Very helpful service when picking up the window. All in all, a great experience.

They sent me the wrong size jamb extensions, didn’t notice till I had the window installed. So they made the right size, sent it to Daryl at HomeTech, and he came out and replaced them for me. Did a good job! No complaints here

David provided excellent service. From the initial order process through to completion. I am very much satisfied. I would recommend Panes to anyone looking for quality windows. I will purchasing more in the future.

Needed to replace a broken bathroom window. Ordered a frosted glass insert online. Was contacted by company shortly after to confirm custom option (I requested a black spacer instead of silver). They completed order in a week or so as promised. The glass matched the original one from builder. Overall, I had great experience with the company, great communication.
