I broke my window and called them. After providing the measurements I got the quote from them and picked up my order in a week or so. It was a perfect match to the existing frame. Great service and reasonable price.

Panes was fantastic to deal with. Right from the beginning with getting an estimate David was great to deal with, professional and prompt replies to all the emails that I sent with questions, seriously I don't think he's ever not "at work" as every message I sent was replied to minutes later, even on a Sunday night. Installation was spot on. My windows and doors look great. I was having a major renovation done in my home and replacing all the windows and doors was one of many projects happening simultaneously and I can honestly say that the guys from Panes were by far the easiest trades people to deal with out of all of them. Panes will not leave until you are 100% satisfied. In fact, after my new front door was installed it was damaged by one of the other trades people in my home and Panes fixed at no charge even though the damage had nothing to do with them. If your looking for windows and doors Panes is who you call!

From our very first contact, the service has been exceptional. I placed and order and then, with David's help, realized there was a better option, and he revised the order immediately. The installation team is fantastic, really friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We've had the windows in for a few months now, they are incredibly smooth to open and close and look really great. All that and at the best price I could find. We've recommended them to friends and family.

Thanks Panes! We ordered the window online and it was ready for pick up earlier than promised. It was easy and accurate - the new window fit perfectly, went in like a breeze and was excellent quality for a great price. We'll be back!

I've bought windows from Panes three times and will choose them again in future. As a DIY guy I appreciate the option to save a bit of money by installing the windows myself. And this is one of the few places that will let me buy windows one at a time as I need them. Plus they have the best prices around, excellent quality, and fantastic customer service.

Some delays with shipping and such but that's expected these days. I gave the manager a hard time and he remained professional throughout. To be honest, I haven't received the windows yet so this is simply a review my experience dealing with the manager up to this point. I will try to update the review after I've installed the windows and patio door.

Don't worry about shopping around - easy to order, stellar product, stellar service. We had a broken side window and it was simple to order from Panes website and unbelievably affordable. Great windows, popped them in and a year later I've used them to install two other windows and ordered several more to install myself. In every case, the product was great and the service has been fantastic and as scheduled.

I decided to install the bedroom windows myself but was not too sure what options I wanted. The last time I installed windows I went to a local hardware store but I did not like the method of ordering the windows where the sales person sits with the screen in front of them and I answer the questions. I felt that I probably didnt either fully understand all the options or I didnt have adequate time to review them. I found Panes site and this was exactly what I was looking for! I created a profile and took my time researching each option that there was available. I received notification about two weeks ahead of the date promised that the windows were ready for pick up. I went to reception by mistake and the receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile and told me where to pick up the windows. The shipper was very efficient and patiently waited for me to find my order number which I had to search for on my phone. I was that happy with your product that I recommended Panes to my neighbour who I believe is going to get windows installed by your company in September. I still have one window to install and I will definitely use Panes when replacing it! There is no need to shop around, this is the company to use. Their quality and professionalism was great and I will use them for all future buildings They did a 20-plex of mine and were able to have the windows manufactured quickly and installed them all over a weekend, it was a crew of 8 people working and started first thing in the morning until late. Thank you for all the help.
