    replaced windows

    New windows for bunkhouse

    Converted a 10' x 12' cedar shed package for use as a bunkhouse. Existing windows were unsatisfactory so replayed them with vinal windows manufactured by Pane.

    Cabin suite

    Great product, easy to order

    I ordered a window for my basement through the online site to install myself. I picked the style of window, the options I wanted and entered the frame size, and was done in about 20min. I installed the window in a stone foundation in a century home and was pleased with the product and whole process of online ordering was very simple. I will buy the remaining 3 windows for my basement from Panes and would recommend this company.

    Convenient and Excellent Value

    You can customize your order online to your exact specifications and there website is so easy to use. There pricing is excellent and the quality of the product rivals other big box middleman competition. Cut out the middle man and go directly to the source. David and his team will make sure you get exactly what you want.

    Window supplier

    Panes was great to work with. I appreciated that the pricing was completely transparent, line by line and instantly available. David and the team we’re extremely responsive, replying almost instantly. Pricing was comparable to factory direct, time to deliver was a whole 3 weeks faster than the next closest, because they paint in house, vs other suppliers sent materials out to get painted. Would highly recommend.

    Outstanding service & integrity.

    While the purchase experience was fast and easy, I was really blown away by the quality of service and support I received from Panes.ca. FedEx was hired to ship the new windows to my home, a fee that, while expensive, was acceptable in return for the convenience of fitting into my busy schedule. After FedEx picked up the windows from the manufacturer, they notified me the next business day that they would not deliver the windows to my home! Apparantly they threatened to return the windows to the manufacturer without a refund unless I paid them an additional $240 to cover the cost of a smaller delivery truck that would be needed to reach my home. FedEx took no responsibility for their inadequate cost estimate! To my astonishment, panes.ca volunteered to cover the additonal cost of delivery! I am surprised and delighted that such integrity and courtesy still exists in the world, and especially this company. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Just fantastic!

    Basement renovation

    Very happy with the windows. Communication was a little slow but the price is good and the workmanship is top notch
