    Great product and service

    After researching and getting quotes from a few different window companies to replace 1 large 8 foot by 6 foot window at the front of our house, we decided to go with Panes. Panes offered the most competitve pricing, they are backed by many great reviews, and were very upfront with the price (they have a great website). During the ordering process, we received great customer service, all of our questions were answered. The window itself, it looks great, is high quality, and it is exactly what we wanted. The installers did a great job, very professional and courteous. Thank you to David, and to the entire team at Panes for delivering a great product, on time and at a great price. I have a few more windows to replace and can't wait to get put in my next order.

    Window

    They did a great job. The work was finished a week ahead of time and were very speedy with answering my questions

    2 Custom windows Excellent Quality, Service and Price

    Windows are excellent. Dave provided immediate, concise, expert help via chat to clarify dimensions and the best window features for my install. Windows were ready early even though Panes was busy and indicated production was fully scheduled. Price is comparable to big box stores for in stock inventory, but custom sizing, configuration and quality make Panes way better value. Great focus on customer service, I had a small problem with my order and they came on site the next day to fix it.

    Windows

    Bought 1 windiw online from them. Very helpful live chat and good quality windows for a great price. A++

    updating home

    replaced a window in a pre 1890 farm house.window fit perfectly even though it was weirdly sized

    Garage Remodel

    Ordered 3 windows directly off their website. Great set up if you want to purchase windows directly, would definitely recommend.

    Windows replaced

    Had 5 windows installed few days ago. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very easy to order. Arrived faster than expected. Great price and warranty policy. They look great. Will see how they hold overtime. So far very happy. Probably will replace the rest of the windows in few years.

    Exterior renovation

    Replacement windows work great and look great. All employees were helpful. I saved money, which always helps too.

    Cabin Windows and Patio Door replacement

    I wasn't sure what to expect ordering windows online, but being able to chat live during my ordering process was excellent and they were extremely patient and helpful. I also was able to ask questions using the online chat process outside of regular hours and got an answer right away, amazing. My order arrived in Edmonton to the warehouse on time and I was able to show up and get them loaded into the trailer. The guys were very helpful and everything went great. Putting the windows in I had a question (on Good Friday) and I was able to get help from both David and Daryl. Daryl and I actually face timed so that he could help me with a question I had (unreal, find that somewhere else). With the tips from Daryl we were able to get the windows and doors in without and issue. These windows are unreal, they are solid and beautiful, they are the nicest thing at our cabin now! I will be ordering again from these guys and I am telling anyone who is looking for windows talk with these guys first! Thanks to your entire team!! Mark

    30 year old window replacement

    We chose Panes over other companies because of their transparency, great product and pricing. We found sales tricks and marketing gimmicks presented by other companies untrustworthy, but we felt at ease signing an order t​o replace 8 windows on a f​ir​st meeting with David. Everything was done on time. Installers were super nice, professional and focused on their craft. Thanks to all Panes' team for making our house look good. We're very happy customers.
