    Replacement sealed window unit

    I recently ordered a sealed glass window unit to replace the older existing one in my kitchen. The website made it easy to order the exact size that I needed.

    amazing company fantastic product

    Great website for designing many different custom windows. Quick friendly and knowledgeable response to all my queries. Windows were ready on time. Delivered on time. AND bonus points for kindness and support on fixing my mistake on my order! Highly recommend. These are real people who do great business!

    Window Replacement

    We couldn't be happier with the windows ordered from Panes. Their online visualizer was immensely useful in comparing, sharing, and discussing all the different options available for each of our replacements. The order process was a breeze, and we ended up getting all our windows in stalled (ourselves) for about 10k less than that lowest quote (with install)... David and the team are always around to answer questions and help however they can. Pick up was a breeze. I would recommend panes to anyone looking to get their windows replaced! Can't wait to install the rest of our windows!

    Renovation

    Amazing customer service I can’t wait to get my patio doors, the gentleman I talked to was very helpful, I have had friends recommend this company and I can see why

    Excellent work!

    The experience, from start to finish, was professional and easy. We contacted Panes for a quote to replace six custom windows. They were quick and responsive to deal with; the quote given was much better than any other company we contacted. From there, we set a date for installation and received regular communication from Panes on the timeline. The installation went great and the windows are excellent quality! We had an issue with one window missing a feature we’d ordered and, without fuss, Panes came and replaced it within a week or so. I definitely recommend Panes for a professional, well-priced service.

    Great service. Great installation- the installers were really friendly and did a really good job - no issues we are happy with how smooth it all went!

    Window replacement

    Replaced 17 windows with custom measurement. There web site is easy to use and explains very well how to measure and order. Delivery was free and on time. Easy to install and job completed for half of the price other companies were asking.

    Great quality windows

    This is the second time I’ve ordered windows from this company. The quality of their windows is very good and I was quite impressed. They answered all my questions and concerns. I do not hesitate to recommend this time.

    Best home renovation experience in many years .Five new replacement windows were delivered on time installed as promised. I would recommend PANES to any homeowner looking for a great price and product, installed professionally.

    Window installation

    Very satisfied with my recent window installation. Great service from beginning to end of process. Everyone seemed to be very professional and knowledgeable. What I expected to be an ordeal turned out to be nearly effortless on my part. The window installers made sure they cleaned up after the installation. I would happily recommend this company.
