Had a great experience. Very prompt and professional. We need someone to come look at our AC asap and they delivered and it was reasonable priced Would definitely use them again!

My wife and I are satisfied with City Home Comfort's replacement of our existing furnace and air conditioner. We worked with Shawn to identify several options with various feature levels and prices within our budget. He was very responsive to email. After several email exchanges, he visited our home to confirm the small size of the furnace area would need a smaller sized furnace. I'm glad we took his recommendation because the installation proved challenging. In spite of that, Dean and Ken took the time to fit the furnace and replace exhaust pipes and ductwork to fit. I don't know how a standard 17.5" width would have worked - glad that Shawn invested the time required to come up with a solution that worked. Both Dean and Ken cleaned up the work area as they worked. They discovered a small gas leak with our existing water heater and fixed it without asking and charge. Overall we're very satisfied with the work performed and would recommend their services to others.

We just had a baby and I was worried about balanced heating in the home and in the baby's future room. I called three companies. I had a predisposition to TRANE being the best but it's not like buying a car where you have an idea of the quality of an HVAC system. City Home Comffort cane with he best quote with the best product wasn't even close as the other companies were like $2500 higher. I told Shaun my situation and he explained three types of models with three varying price points and answered my questions about why TRANE was good. He didn't sell me, he just laid out the pros and cons.

I have called upon City Home Comfort in the past and they have always provided excellent service. This time, I called them on a Friday when my tankless hot water heater failed after 12 years and there was no hot water at all. They graciously juggled jobs that they had already scheduled in order to install a replacement unit the very next day (Saturday). They sent two technicians who provided a necessary modified installation of the new unit. The result was a superb job where the new unit far exceeded the performance of the old one. They also did a great clean-up afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a new furnace as my old one had been red-tagged. Shawn from City took my call and was very responsive. He was also knowledgeable and very polite. We soon agreed on his quotation and the furnace was installed quickly and expertly. I have subsequently recommended Shawn and City to friends who also required a furnace as my experience with City was exceptionally good and, probably, one of the best sales experiences I have ever had.

Shawn was very good and patient with me. He explained everything to me and he was very easy to deal with. Installers were very polite and did a good job. Would hire City Home again if ever needed.

We had a new AC installed to replace a broken unit that had come with our house. We had an excellent experience. Getting the quote was easy. We dealt with Shawn who was knowledgeable and quickly responded to all of our questions. Chris came for our install and did an excellent job. The new unit looks great. He was punctual and efficient. He even noted an odor coming from our attached neighbor’s house that could be suggestive of her unit leaking CO into her basement. He informed her of the problem and she has since replaced the unit. We really appreciated him going above and beyond to ensure our safety and that of our neighbor.

After a flood in my condo unit I was subjected to a wild west of characters all hustling for my business. It wasn't until I met with Shawn from Home Comfort that I felt I was in good hands. I could've gone with another cheap rental but I chose instead to purchase a high-efficiency tankless unit with 5 year parts and labour guarantee and a manageable repayment plan. I'll never have to deal with a flood again...thank heavens. The replacement job in my unit was complicated by the fact that water is also used to heat and cool the unit. It wasn't an easy installation but Home Comfort did it. Very pleased. Now have extra space for a utility cupboard as an added bonus.

I received so many calls with quotes for this work and what sold me 100% immediately was the amazing customer service that I received from Shawn (Snr Project Manager). He explained/taught me everything I needed to know about the products and assisted me with energy audit/rebates. And he made himself available if I ever had questions - he answered quickly and always had the answers. The installers were quick and we are happy with the products.

When your furnace quits in January, it's never a good thing! However, the folks at City Home Comfort were absolutely awesome. Shawn in Sales was very knowledgeable and was so good in helping me make the right decision under the circumstances. On the installation, Dean was equally impressive. I am so pleased that I used this company!
