    Appliance warranty service

    City Home Comfort looked after my old furnace for many years, and now they are keeping my new furnace ( purchased from them) running perfectly. The service staff are punctual, efficient, tidy and friendly. I have worked with CityHome Comfort for over twenty years and I recommend them highly.

    Great service and price for furnace inspection

    They arrived on time, completed the work quickly and provided a detailed overview. Easy to book too. I strongly recommend.

    Bosch Furnace + Bosch Heat Pump + Panasonic ERV

    High marks for service. Shawn literally spent hours with us sorting out every sales option available. This has been especially tricky given how low the stock of equipment is out there. We got an installation date immediately after our equipment order came in. During installation Chris and Ken did all the little things that make for a comfortable experience. We ended up with a defective ERV and an odd situation in which Bosch put the wrong model number on our cased coil. All of this was resolved over the next few weeks with several more visits at no cost to us. CHC was true to their word on the labour warranty and very helpful the entire time. Highly recommend!

    Furnace Maintenance

    Always prompt and efficient service. Informative and friendly workers. Willing to take extra time to explain procedures.

    Maintenance

    They seemed fine but for the 2nd year in a row Grajcan recommended that I replace the gas valve and all 4 burners!! The furnace is virtually brand new and these items should be covered in the 10 year warranty. I cancelled the yearly maintenance as I feel they were trying to make a sale for absolutely no good reason.

    Excellent customer service and quality product

    Shawn and the team at City Home Comfort did a great job explaining the best options for my condo unit. They coordinated reasonable financing, completed the install on time, while communicating well at each stage. The tankless water heater is a big upgrade over the old system and my tenant is very happy.

    Furnace/AC annual maintenance

    City Home Comfort installed our furnace and AC 34 years ago and have inspected and maintained it every year. Very professional, great guys who don't try and sell you up or recommend unnecessary fixes. Our furnace runs more efficiently and quieter than I can remember. Good people to deal with. Highly recommended.

    New Water Tank

    Annual Servicing of boiler

    I have an older boiler that I have serviced every year. This was the first time I used City Home Comfort. They arrived on time, cleaned and checked the unit and advised what may need to be replaced. The technician and the company were friendly and very professional to deal with. I will definitely be using them from now on.

    On time, on price, well done. New Furnsce

    Bought the new furnace over the phone. Sales guy spent about 30 minutes on the phone answering all my questions then sent me and email recapping our conversation and offered me 3 different furnaces to choose from based on my needs with all the pros and cons. Price-matched a competitor after Id shopped around for my first choice. Installation guys were on time, polite, left the work site clean and tidy and seem to have a good job. No problem with the bill. Great experience.
