    Furnace replacement

    Joseph came to our house very quickly after we contacted the company when our furnace broke. It was extremely helpful as we could make a decision and move with the furnace replacement immediately. The technicians were professional and the project was completed in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly. They were clean and followed all the necessary Covid protocol and took all the necessary precautions.

    HVAC and Tankless Replacement

    Hi! First of all, I want to say thank you to Mr Duong for helping us decide what is the right package that suitable to our budget in replacing our old HVAC system and so as our water heating system. I appreciate your immediate response on that particular time that we don't have heat in our house. 100% satisfied to your service Mr Duong, you are highly recommended.

    Water Heater/Furnace/Attic Insulation

    I would recommend Empower for the products we purchased. The sales person, Joseph, was diligent and helpful with the sales process. The install crew was wonderful. Despite a heavy snowfall overnight, causing them to arrive later than planned, they went the extra mile & stayed till 8:30pm to make sure everything was connected properly and running smoothly.

    AC unit install

    We had a Carrier Infinity furnace installed last Feb (2020) and were extremely satisfied. We started to experience a lack of airflow and it was determined the AC coil (original equipment) needed to be changed. This was identified in Feb 2020 as a potential future problem. I was connected with Maria (awesome CS) and Joesph Georges. Joe was incredible! Walked me through the options and delivered on all his commitments. AC unit was installed yesterday (3/4/2021) and the furnace is working phenomenally. Excellent airflow and modulation of gas staging. The new AC unit (3 ton Carrier Infinity) is the integrated unit for the furnace. They work seamlessly together. Just a Joesph described. Can’t wait for the summer cooling season to start to try out the new AC unit.

    Sale & install of new furnace & a/c

    We contacted empower for our furnace & a/ c needs. Joseph was the sales person who helped us through the process of choosing the right product. Offered great advice. Very knowlegable answering our queries. Installation was prompt & professional.

    Purchase and installation of a tankless water heater

    I recently modified my rating because Empower did indeed do everything they could to alleviate our concerns and complaints. In fact, they had no problem replacing the unit that was originally installed in order to resolve the issue of the water not being as responsive as our old water heater. The salesperson, Joseph, suggested that a tankless water heater would work as well - even better than our old heater. It does not (it does after the changes that were made). The water gets nowhere near as hot (it does now), and it takes longer to get hot water to our kitchen sink (not anymore). Even after we had an initial poor experience, I must say that I would recommend this company mainly because they truly and honestly responded very quickly to all of our initial concerns and problems.

    Gas furnace replacement

    I lost gas furnace on very cold late Feb Friday night...called Empower salesman who came promptly with the suitable offer, next day two professional, kind, hard working very knowledgeable removed the old equipment, placed the new one along with all options and necessary ducting modifications ....at the end good housekeeping and video of the instructions....the heat was back in 24 hours!

    Hot water tank replacement

    Our hot water tank died so we decided to replace with a Rinnai tankless system. This is a considerable expense but it seems like a good long term investment. Our installation technicians Behzad, Mehdi, Amir and Masoud were all extremely hard working and professional, and willing to answer all questions we had about the installation process. We had several setbacks which dragged this one day install into a challenging three day install but this is through no fault of the installation crew, and they handled the situation like the professionals they are. We had to hire a drywall contractor to both open and close a bulkhead so the guys could replace a vent pipe. This added to our overall cost and was not expected but sometimes these things happen.

    Tankless water system install

    Masoud and his team were polite efficient ad clean. Did a great job. I reviewed multiple companies including enercare and home depot and Empower provided the best value. I warned about how many companies contract services out (which is not inherently bad) but Empower’s crew worked for them and were great. Highly recommend. You will be very pleased
